Located next to El Greco museum and other important sites. Room was small but also the cheapest option so thats perfectly ok . Very recently refurbished and warm and cosy.

Fittings in the room were not good quality and in a short time I predict work will be necessary to return them to good condition. I'd like a bidet in the bathroom and a small table in the room although the size of the room wouldn't allow either .

Very good positioning, clean and fully equipped. Self check in/out fast and easy. Room was warm and comfy when we arrived.

We did not had any hot water .

They should take out the double bed, put in a single bed and have a 1 guest maximum. Room is tiny. No table for a computer. No table for eating. No place to sit down comfortably. No kitchen, only a microwave and a K-Cup coffee maker. No shelf to prepare food, not even a small one. No place to put down a suitcase or backpack.

The room is modern and well maintained.

The room smelled very strongly of drain. Also, there were no windows to the outside. The windows faced the courtyard, so all the guests could see us (ground floor). This meant we had no privacy and had to keep the shutters closed all the time. It felt like being in a bunker. There was also no kettle as stated.

Good location, comfortable beds and great shower.

Check in useless - didn’t send the correct code. Bedroom like a box. Very noisy at night when people came through courtyard. Coffee machine with no black coffee - we had to call to get some.

Convenient location right by the Greco Museum. Very close to everything (sightseeing, panoramic views right in the park in front of the place, walking distance to other museums, in the middle of the "juderia" area very interesting historically speaking. Check in was contactless and instructions were nicely written, organized and sent. Also received a call to check my arrival time, set up the whatssap group for urgent matters, and see if the check in was ok. Breakfast and Convenient store not far away.

The steep ways and streets to reach the shops and commercial area, but I guess it comes with the city itself! Not having a front desk. Had a small incident that required urgent attention, they explained that they were using whatssap to solve it, but at that time (around 11 pm) my calls were not answered, only few messages were exchanged to quickly solve the situation. (It seems that the person in charge didnt have enough Internet signal for a call). It was ok, and I followed instructions to solve it but it woukd have been better to have a helping hand. I was alone with my 2 years old baby who didn't stop crying, and needed to go in and out leaving her alone for a little while (to change the bedsheets that my baby vomited on). Not too difficult, but it was a bit stressing!

very nicely decorated room, clean and with good facilities including microwave and coffee machine. the communication was excellent and the added touches like chocolate and wine were very appreciated.

the wifi signal wasn’t too slow to watch anything on the tv.

Location was great for us and it is pet friendly. The apartment was clean and they provided a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture.

We were on bottom floor so could hear upstairs guests during the night. We weren’t able to check in on time as we didn’t receive the check in info and messaging through Booking wasn’t prompt. Parking was a bit complicated while waiting for instructions as there was construction so had to drive around the whole city to get to the free parking (paid parking was full and not an option).

Wonderful location, great bathroom and shower, good bed. Liked that we could make coffee. Loved the bottle of wine! The room is super tiny but we could sit just outside and drink it that night, The owner is so nice and went out of his way for us. Loved too that we could walk where we wanted to go--prefer this neighborhood to noisier ones near the cathedral,

Would have liked an outside window but that's about it.

The room was very comfortable and well decorated, with s good shower. The complimentary bottle of wine was also a bonus. The contractors check-in was good and the hosts made sure it was very simple to do.

The bed wasn't completely clean and there was a bit too much information from the host on check in

The bathroom was nice

The bedroom wasn't comfortable, there was a window behind the bed that leading to main hall outside, and every time someone arrives or leaves, the lights of the hall turns up! The kitchenette was very basic, no sink, no gas, no kettle. Most important information were sent in Spanish instead of English, so we wasted a lot of time to do the check in, and they charged us 15€ for our dog for only one night.

The room is located in a great location, close to Toledo's main sites and tight across the road from the El Greco Museum. There are two nice restaurants close by. The room I stayed in was spotless, with a comfy bed, great shower and a coffee machine.

Nothing comes to mind. For the price the place is unbeatable in Toledo.
