The property was in an excellent location and it was fantastic value for money!

Some of the cutlery, placemats and crockery needs updating (there was only 2 bowls for three of us) and it probably could go with a good spring clean - the ceiling fan in the living area was very dusty. Some of the blinds weren't opening properly. But the bathrooms and toilets and general areas were very clean!

Lovely accommodation for two colleagues - very tidy and clean. Really good last-minute price for the townhouse.

There was no milk, not even UHT & we arrived too late to purchase any!

The location was ok.

It was very dirty with stained carpet that they claimed they knew about but did not have time to clean it. White bedding was yellow with hairs in the bed and black bulid up on the ceiling fans with dirty black walls. Outdoor area was not as pictured there was broken unusable furniture. Owners were rude and look up our personal details and threatened to come and look at our home after entering the property to verify our claims of uncleanliness. We do not recommend them.

Poor wifi

It was beautifully set out, kitchen set with all the essentials. Communication with the owner is exceptional. We only stayed one night as it was close to the dock for Spirit of Tasmania but I'd stay longer if I had the chance. Highly recommend

Parking was a little tricky.

Had everything we needed close to town easy to find. Very comfortable and cosy.

Main stairs were slippery we had two falls in our group one quite bad. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Wonderful space in a quiet little alleyway. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Fully equipped kitchen in a comfortable space. If the weather is nice it is a nice walk into town, roughly 15 minutes.

Parking was sometime a little difficult as the space was taken periodically, but not a big major.

Very comfortable and welcoming, clean, spacious accommodation for our family of 5. Excellent location with free parking on site. Felt just like home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners accommodated for our early check-in time and were quick to respond to any of our questions. The additional products that they provided, such as dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, plenty of cloths, detergents, bin bags, shampoo/ conditioner etc, all helped contribute to making this place feel like home. We would totally come back to stay here again. Thank you!
