Clear instruction and safe and secure. Better than a hotel as you get much more for your money. Everything you need under one roof. Clean and comfortable.

Loved the super flexible (24h) and easy check in. Staff is very responsive in case you have any questions. Has everything you need, even a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work. Definitely would stay again.

Walls seem pretty thin, it was quiet, but sometimes you do hear neighbors talking, so if you are staying with someone else might be not much privacy. The boiler sometimes makes loud noise when hot water is used, not sure if it disturbs neighbors at night. There are a few wall clocks, and they are ticking loudly which can get a little irritating.

Good location for visiting family. Cheaper than budget hotel room in area. Good kitchen facilities. Spacious. Large TV with lots of channels. Easy free parking in front of property.

Bed a bit soft for us and bed sheet not very good quality.

the wardrobe cupboard had knickers (thong) and old bed sheet wrapped up not sure if it was clean. The bed sheet was not to standard had white stain.

Nothing, the place absolutely stunk of cannabis. We also contacted the person who told me if I left a good review they would refund me partial the money as I never even stayed there. Left 3 hours after. Came al the way from Torquay, pregnant and had to drive back the same evening. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Picture attached to show that I was offered the refund as I never actually stayed in the property, then sent me videos of myself at the ring doorbell, and also my boyfriend had found pornographic items in a hidden compartment in the property!

The whole place. Their neighbours smoking cannabis and property smelt like cannabis inside. Owner said clearly on messages if I leave a good review would refund me partially the money themselves as they don’t want a bad review, then didn’t send money, so I have deleted the review and making a new one to tell people to stay away as it’s disgusting in there. The owner also has a hidden camera in the bedroom which I found on my mobile phone. Vile and plenty of air fresheners due to the smell of cannabis. I advise ANYONE not to stay at this property. Vile disgusting place. Nothing like the photos! In the middle of a council estate which is disgusting and like JAYWICK! Benefit Britain!

To much to put in to down two of the main things was very cold at night didn't sleep well shower went hot then cold so was fun

Very clean and tidy. everything you need is in the house. Landlord is nice and friendly

Breakfast not included. There were some items left in the cupboard such as a pack of oats. The property was in a very good location for local transport - very close to bus stops and a few minutes on the bust from the train station. Also shops and shopping centres accessible via the bus route as well as parks. London is a short train ride away from the local station. A very good location. Once I got the heating and the water heating going the property was warm and there was plenty of hot water.

Unfortunately, when I arrived there were several items marked with warning signs advising they were not working or not to open. The heater in the bedroom had a warning 'not working' sticker over, the oven also had a sign advising it was not working - I did message and re the oven as I needed one to cook. I arrived on 17 December and a small, portable cooker was brough to the property on 20 December, by which time I had purchased food that I could cook on the cooker top which was working, so I didn't even take the mini, counter top cooker out of the box. There was a sign on one half of the wardrobe warning not to open. The storage space was very small, no hanging space just some drawers in the half of the wardrobe that could be used & a shelf on which there was a safe. Initially there was no hot water - by Sunday 18 December the water was hot. The home has many 'smart' features including a water dispenser for both hot & cold drinks on 21 December this stopped working and said that the filter needed changing. I contacted the host who suggested trying various things, none of which worked and he came and removed and replaced the filter so that it worked. The washing machine was also a 'smart' item and although there were lots of information booklets about how to use many of the items in the home, there was only a booklet which covered installation, trouble-shooting etc the booklet did mention a sheet which showed how to use the machine but this was not with the instruction sheets, but I did manage to work out how to use this. When I arrived at the property (about 3 hours after the time I could have gained access) there was washing in the washing machine which I took out when it was finished (it was bedding). This is the only time I have ever been in a property where washing has been left in the machine to greet the arrival of a new guest &wa s left for the guest to sort out.

very good property used for 6 nights when back from Australia visiting family in Essex. very clean and self contained. everything needed was there.

This apartment has everything you need and it's very well thought out. We didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked, as it was a flying visit, but we would come back again and highly recommend it. It has a great ambience and modern gadgets. Love it.

The location is not terrible, but we couldn't see any shops within walking distance. Maybe there were some, but we felt a little bit out. If you have a car, it's no problem however.

The property is good for what we want, but the appliances were not working and did not get repaired.

We had 1 whole day without electric and the apartment is totally electric. İt went off at 9.30am and was not reconnected till 7.30 at night. İt turned out the bill had not be paid, so could have been sorted immediately. Also the cooker only worked once and we contacted Ayo often, but he did not fix it. This and the lack of electric, resulted in 2 nights without dinner. Also we could only cook on the hob and so we wasted food because we could not cook it. We booked a self catering apoartment and could not self cater. Not good at all. We feel we should get some compensation.

All good - repeat and still high standard. Comfortable with all necessary amenities.

One area for possible investigation is to have a White light in the lounge / study area for when working on computer at night.
