Affordable, well-appointed apartment in old town Haro. Spotlessly clean and a comfy living room for curling up after a long day of sightseeing. Quiet, and the best shower in over 2 moths of travel! Free parking was easy to find and within easy walking distance. Bodegas are within easy walking distance for those interested in wine tours and tasting. Also a great location to explore the Rioja district.

Would have liked some hooks for hanging clothes, both at the entrance and in bedrooms. Bonus for having washing machine, but if given choice I would have preferred a dishwasher instead.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location in the town. Very clean, bright & airy. Good facilities for cooking if required. Great to have keyless entry. Our apartment faced onto the street but was quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was fabulous, location near the plaza, modern, clean and comfortable. Check in seamless. There is a lift, a/c all that is as listed.

Only downside after first shower and throughout the visit is a smell coming from the shower drain.

Size, comfort and location of the property. The code method for the door was so easy to use.

Worst check in and entry experience i've had in over 30 properties booked in last 5 years.

Overly complex check in procedure that took 2 elapsed days to complete. Typing all details that appear on passport then a separate selfie to upload, Then a digital signature...why bother when the signature is using a mouse on a laptop? A text messae saying here are your access codes turns out to be irrelevant as no codes were present. I phoned the German call centre and after waiting for 5 mins a guy informed me that teh codes would not be available until 3 pm. Why bother sending erroneous text messages then?? Worse when you finally get to the property. a 5 digit code gets you into the building but once inside with less lighting at your door, they ask for an 8 digit code. This is fiddly and isn't easy to remember when its typing into a small darkly lit door and you are carrying bags. Unlike the building entry, you also need to type the TICK button and it's all a bit too stressful and unecessarily complicated.

Very comfortable, modern apartment. Easy to gain access. Location was excellent. Price was really good. I would definitely stay here again.

It did get a bit noisy, but we were there on a holiday.

The house was spacious and super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. The location was perfect, and check in was super easy.

I missed an oven in the kitchen, but the rest was perfect.
