I offer our Brand New 2022Travel Trailer for other families to enjoy and getaway! Have the comfort of your own rooms with a queen-size bed and also a room of 2 Bunk Beds & 1 bed. You may sleep 8 comfortably or up to 8 with kids. We do not allow smoking inside the camper. Amenities include: -TV -(2) Propane Tanks -Convenient USB charging stations in Trailer -Trailer Hitch with Weight Distribution Hitch -Radio with outdoor speakers and awning -Outdoor kitchen available -Outdoor shower We ask that you return the camper, the same way you received it. There will be a $75 cleaning charge if there is any trash/ stains left behind. We also ask that you empty all fresh, gray, and black tanks, which will be explained and demonstrated at the time of pick up. We will charge a $75 dumping fee if the tanks are not Empty when returned. Pick up/ Drop Off times are flexible, we understand everyone has a busy schedule, so we don't mind working around each other's schedule.
