Wheelchair friendly throughout especially the bathrooms. Beautiful and very new and modern with two good furnished balconies. We booked for 20nights but unfortunatley had to return home after just four full days due to health issues with both myself and my wheelchair user niece which we were heartbroken about. Jordi our host was great both before and while there. We will hopefully return one day.

The apartment is fabulous and is a fantastic choice for family vacations: 1) It is just 300m down the road from Poniente beach - one the best sandy beaches in Costa Blanca. 2) It is located in a modern apartment complex Sunset Waves Benidorm constructed in 2020 and featuring all facilities one might need: swimming pools, a gym, sports courts, a chill out area with a bar. 3) The apartment is very spacious, new, with a huge terrace with sea view, large open space living room and kitchen equipped with all appliances and utensils one can think of, 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds (incl. master bedroom with en-suite bathroom). It is also impeccably clean. 4) The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and professional. From nice gestures like water, wine and champagne as welcome gifts to restaurants & places to see recommendations, arranging airport transfer, etc. We enjoyed the stay tremendously and I wholeheartedly recommend this place by Kalmarent.

Amazing sea views! Very nice architecture, impressive facilities. No detail missing in the apartment !! And excellent host!
