Everything was great. The house was amazing and everything worked as expected.

Quiet neighborhood, spacious place and had a great time with family

It was the perfect space to relax. We were quite comfortable and able to re-energize in the space. Giving us a great home base for our Kauai adventures.

The hubs and I found this condo on shortish notice since it fit our dates. We usually rent from private owners, so we have a standard mental checklist of what makes a good rental.

We were happy to have the extra beds, especially since we had to move from the King bed to the Queen after the 1st night. The hubs kept waking up, smelling sweat (it wasn't him). The mattress pad was the culprit(hopefully not the mattress itself). Definitely needs to be laundered well. Queen bed was comfy.

Great location for biking to sunset views & Princeville beaches (require some hiking). Super bummer the chain on the beach cruiser fell off while we were biking, and would not stay on after getting dirty fixing it. Had to walk the bike back. Property mgr said she'd have the housekeeper look at it. Hopefully they actually got it fixed, and didn't just put the chain back on for it to happen to the next guest.

Pool and hot tub were usually fairly busy. Takes a little walk to get there since the main street is the only way to get around the complex. Pool was a little "refreshing," but not too cold after warming up in the hot tub. Communal grills were heavily used at prime dinner time. We searched high and low in the kitchen for metal grilling tools, but did not find anything. Those items really need to be provided. Also the condo could really use a working coffee grinder. Found one up in a high cabinet, but it did not function after two grinds. Water filter in fridge did not work, although the ice functions did. Needs to be fixed.

Garage fits one car well. Easiest to back into the garage since it is perpendicular to the driveway.

Instructions and information were clear and readily available. Road noise is loud when slider is open or when on lanais, but the front landscaping has two separate rows of foliage that provide nice visual blockage for privacy. Mountain view is lovely.

This home is amazing. The views from the master bedroom balcony to the golf course was my favorite. This condo felt like home. Private garage, and extra toys needed for a prefect Hawaiian Vacation. Bikes, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and surf board. We could not have asked for more

We stayed in this condo for 6 days - 2 adults and 2 kids. It was kid friendly, very comfortable, bigger than I thought it would be, great working AC, plenty of windows and sliding doors to feel the cool breeze, quiet neighborhood, very clean, and it was a convenient location. It's close by to Foodlands so you can make frequent 3-5 min drive trips to buy groceries, or drive 12 min to Hanalei, or 15 min to Anini Beach which is the perfect calm beach for little kids. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this place again.

Our stay at your beautiful furnished home was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. Bathrooms were very spacious and the bedrooms comfortable. We took advantage of the shared hot tub and barbecue grill. Made friends with other guests in the friendly atmosphere.

This spacious townhouse has everything you need. It was very clean, well maintained and had comfy beds. It had plenty of beach items and bikes you could borrow. Easy check in and out with good customer service. Kitchen was fully stocked and pool is an easy walk away. Grocery store and Hanalei are an easy drive away. Beautiful view of the mountains. The only negative is that the 2 car garage is probably best for only 1 car.

Beautiful complex and beautiful unit

Everything was a described! Loved that beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, kids toys, and bikes were also provided even though we didn't use some of them. The townhouse was spacious and clean and perfect for our needs. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy.

Beautifully furnished accommodation with a stunning view of the golf course and mountains! Comfortable, classy and convenient! We will definitely be back!

My family of 5 stayed here for a week and loved it! The rental was clean and fitted with all new amentities, beautiful view of the mountains and golf course. We would have enjoyed a small grill on the propert but were able use the communal grill area. We appreciated how well stocked the rental was with towels and beach gear. Thank you we hope to visit again! Would recommend!

The house was very clean. The landlord was very accommodating and flexible knowing that we ended up renting right when COVID-19 was intensifying.

The unit we rented was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. It had everything you could want from a vacation rental. The snorkel gear, beach chairs/umbrellas were used everyday. Overall an excellent property. We only had two recommendations; It would be nice to have a dresser in the master bedroom besides the drawers in the master bath. The sleeper sofa in the study was not at all usable, too hard and tips over easily might consider an actual day bed and someway to make that room private for the guest who sleeps in there.

The pictures don't do this place justice - it is AMAZING. So beautiful and this house absolutely perfect for our family! Plenty of space - the master bedroom and bathroom were spectacular. Pool space was beautiful. We will definitely rent again when we come back.

We had a great stay here. The unit was clean, and we loved the location and community. The bikes were not in good working condition, but everything else was great.

We stayed for a week in this awesome condo, the space was amazing, clean and SPACIOUS! It was a little bit of a walk to the BBQ area and the pool, but with all the unit had to offer it was a worthwhile trade off! Great view of the golf course from the master bedroom. All in all it was an excellent week for our family of 5!Thank you!

The condo was perfect. We had a family of 4, plus a friend. Plenty of room. Extremely clean. Anything you would need for a hawaii vacation, including beach towels, snorkeling gear, chairs, cooler and more. We grabbed the pool key instead of the house key by mistake, and within less than 10 minutes, someone came to open the door for us. The property manager service was amazing. With close proximity to a grocery store, restaurants, and the best snorkeling for kids and beginners at Anini beach, the location was perfect.

Townhouse was in great shape. We loved all the up to date kitchen appliances!
We were disappointed that pool was closed for the last 2 days of our vacation.

Our stay at Nihilani 22c was AWESOME! The condo is a great price! Nihilani 22c is in great shape, clean, and large enough you can spread out (there were 6 of us), and has everything you need. My small children enjoyed the sand toys immensely. The pool was very nice – but not heated (we went in January) so it was cold. There isn’t a view of the ocean but there is a view of the golf course and mountains. Which was beautiful. We recommend Nihilani 22c to anyone needing a great place to stay!

We have visited the Princeville area several times over the years and from the first visit, it has become our favorite vacation spot in Hawaii. Although all of the properties we have stayed in have been great, our stay in Nihilani surpasses all others. From the beautiful accommodations to the staff that went out of their way to answer all of our questions, provide directions, and ensure all our needs were met, this vacation put Nihilani at the top of our list. I especially want to thank Angela and Jeremy for taking such good care of us. They are to be commended for the great job they do in representing REMAX. Everything about the property was as good or even better than expected. It was really flawless from the management point of view and everything possible was done to make sure that our stay was perfect. The property is clean, updated, comfortable and in a lovely location. The only downside is that the road that this unit faces is on a street which is surprisingly busy and noisy. We wondered where all of the people were driving to at 3 or 4 in the morning, but it didn't detract from our vacation in any way. I would definitely stay there again.

My family enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable property. It was clean and well maintained. The house was well equipped with necessities to make it feel like home. The community was lovely with beautiful mountain views and a great pool.

We enjoyed our vacation in Princeville very much. Partly because of the nicely-appointed accommodation. Re/Max promptly attended to any concern that we had and we found that both the condo and the grounds were very well maintained.
Traffic noise was a little distracting until we became accustomed to it.

As this was our first family vacation, we had the best time ever! The house was awesome and so was the community. Everything was at our finger tips. This location is perfect for some good down time and recharge the batteries in you. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is thinking of heading to the Islands.

My fiancé and I were so happy with our stay at Princeville. We loved the townhouse and all of it's amenities. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and already have. Next time we stay in Kauai we will stay in Princeville
