Un petit déjeuner servi en terrasse, par un personnel souriant 😍 La situation géographique de L'hôtel est au calme, face à la Marina, loin du rush touristique. C'est facile de se garer le long de la marina

la nuit le bruit des climatiseurs est gênant, mais personnellement, j'ai mis des boules kies!

Bon rapport à qualité prix, resto très bon, chambre et douche confortable. Top.

Zahlung plötzlich umgehend vor Ort, obwohl laut Chat-Nachricht auch am nächsten Morgen möglich. Mit einem Late Check-in hätte man die Ausweisdaten wohl gar nicht aufnehmen können... Unschön, auf einmal mit Misstrauen behandelt zu werden und darauf warten zu müssen, dass mit der Polizei telefoniert wird bei einer Angelegenheit, wie sie in einem Hotel datenschutzkonform praktiziert werden sollte. Auf Booking.com wird nichtmals in den "Wichtigen Informationen" darauf hingewiesen, dass man überhaupt einen Lichtbildausweis vorlegen muss - Angabe der privaten Mobilnummer ist obligatorisch - Datenschutzerklärung nur auf Spanisch mit der Begründung, man mache das seit 20 Jahren so - Personal könnte freundlicher sein - Zimmer wirkt anonym - Zimmertür hellhörig - Klimaanlage knackt - Leselicht nur über das Gesamtzimmerlicht steuerbar - kein Mülleimer oder Feuerlöscher im Zimmer - Die 15% Rabatt im eigenen Restaurant sind der Aufschlag, den reguläre Gäste gegenüber vergleichbaren Restaurants mehr zahlen

Arrived at the location at about 23:00 in the night, so one of the employees told she's unable to check me in as she was leaving; so I ended up spending the night at the beach after paying the room in full. I also spent 40 euros on taxi, as there weren't buses to portocolom at night; it's a remote location, logistically.

The room is unfortunately extremely badly soundproofed, even with the window closed. On the one hand you can hear the noises from other rooms and on the other hand there is a restaurant directly opposite the hostel with a very loud ventilation system, which runs all day and into the night and is very annoying. During my stay there was also a party next door, which also brought me a restless night. Won't come back again here.
