The place was so great. I enjoyed having the kids room filled with games, books, and toys for my kids and the baby play pen. The place was super cozy and I’m very happy overall with my stay if we go back I definitely want to stay here again!

From the inside my toddler was able to keep opening the front door and walking out because the deadbolt lock is broken

The location was just one block from where my business was set up! Great! Generally the location was quiet. All the appliances worked and the TV was easy to stream from!

This apartment was set amongst permanent residential apartments. The neighbors were unfriendly with us and seemed to resent tourists in general. It was clear that the local residents did not like the fact that our apartment was rented as a vacation rental.

bathroom sink does not drain - had whiskers from someone shaving when we arrived - queen bed had sex stains on cover when we arrived - had to clean stove top before we could use it - rag was black with stuff after we cleaned it

My kids, husband and I rented this unit to go on a weekend getaway to ocean shores. I’m going to start with the good and follow with things I think could be improved. Overall we had an amazing time and my kids were more than comfortable this is a very family friendly unit especially good for kids! I like the fact they had Queen bunk beds in one room with toys, coloring books, board games, crayons and makers. There was plenty of plates, cups, coffeemugs, bowls, napkins a coffee maker, and coffee. They even had plastic cups fir kids I thought this was awesome it just shows the host is thinking of the family that rents this unit. I loved the drawing on the wall it looks like a little kid drew a photo and I just thought it was so cute that the host kept and framed it that was so sweet! Everything worked great (minus vacuum) so many small things that make you feel at home when your away from home. This is definitely a perfect spot if you have little kids every things set up to keep kids busy and having fun I loved the brand new appliances in the unit. There was plenty of towels, extra sheets, pillow cases, an air mattress and a play pen if you have a baby. The kitchen was well stocked with forks, spoons, knives, pots and pans. They even had bags for trash or ziplocks for your needs and cleaners like dish soap and disinfectant wipes. One thing about the bathroom was pretty cool was they had a thing called gorilla line (basically a clothes line) this came in handy after coming back from the beach I rinsed swimsuits and hung them on the line so the water dripped into the shower and it wasn’t in the way when I showered. Everything was very clean and super comfy they had an electric fireplace in living room and fans in the rooms. The kitchen had some basic seasoning like salt pepper and garlic salt.

This place looks rough from the outside the screen door was rusty and was missing half of the window, none of the windows on the unit had screens. One of the biggest things was the smell that hit us as soon as the door opened. We don’t have any pets so we are more sensitive to the smell of dogs and cats all the bedding, the couches basically the whole unit had a pet smell. If you have pets then this is probably something that you won’t care about. There is no wifi or cable so for me that was a huge bummer because I live on my phone and laptop for work. Luckily the cell service was decent so I just used hot spot and was even able to watch Netflix with the family. Wifi would definitely be a nice upgrade. The vacuum .. I was so excited to see a cordless dyson stick vacuum. I was happy because my suv was loaded with sand and I was hoping to use it before we left to clean the unit and vacuum our car unfortunately the vacuum didn’t work we unplugged the charger and plugged it back in no luck. The floor was peeling and flaking off and bubbling? It was like wood but paper idk 🤷🏽‍♀️ This place was not bad just needs some minor improvements and I think it will be so much better im so happy with our stay in just giving my feedback to help the next person decide is 2days at this place where I’d like to spend $900? I don’t mind the cost because at the end of the day my dam had an amazing time the beds were comfortable and we all slept like a baby💙 And I know it said no wifi when I paid but I was like oh it’s a new listing so maybe just maybe lol but it’s not the end of the world like I said we were happy and had an awesome time thanks 😊

The place had mostly new appliances, furniture, cookware, etc. It also had quite a few games/toys for kids and DVD movies. The location was great, right next to the family fun center, not far from various shopping/food locations, and a short drive (or medium walk) to beach access.

No wi-fi/internet, though mobile data reception was good. The walls are pretty thin, easy to hear sounds from the neighbors or between the rooms within the unit.
