Everything about this apartment was superb. Location was steps from restaurants and the medieval old town of Tui. The unit was well supplied and comfortable and Manuel was helpful with suggestions.

Location couldn't have been better; right along El Camino. It was a comfortable, spacious, clean room with a washer/dryer (for free!) and private patio.

Pretty noisy at night (we had to keep the windows open since there was no air conditioning).

The apartment was very clean, bright, comfortable and in a great location. The communication with the property owner was excellent. Tuy is a lovely place to spend a few days.

Such cute & clean apartments. We had three for our group. Great space for kitchen & LR in each. Right on Camino & near lots of restaurants. Helped us with bag pickup.

The air conditioning wasn’t working due to maintenance.. the room was very warm at night if the windows we’re not wide open.

The building has no noise reduction. There was a festival in town during our stay, so if you are a light sleeper, take some earplugs.

I am so grateful I made the decision to continue walking from Valença to Tui for my day of rest while traveling the Camino Português. Manuel and his daughter, Mariña, greeted me with a traditional cookie, a bottle of wine, and a welcome tour of the most magnificent apartment. Recently renovated to maximize comfort, ambience, and the charm of the medieval building, the unit reflects great attention to detail. A very comfortable bed, pristine bathroom, and a view from the veranda of the charming street below were highlights. A most delightful Mariña helped me navigate the city and made herself available via WhatsApp to answer questions. Proximity to attractions and shopping, including a grocery store and a cafe on the same street, made this stop undeniably the very best. I highly recommend Casa das Trabancas to pilgrims traveling the Camino or anyone visiting Tui for any length of time!
