Amazing views, exceptional service and staff (Niccola was wonderful at breakfast—very helpful and cheerful), concierge was extremely helpful and flexible, amazing breakfast with breathtaking views, private beach with helpful staff—it was all wonderful!

Nothing really—this place exceeded our expectations! However, there are some renovations still going on but they are not disruptive and will be welcomed (for example, I think a better path to the lovely pool will be forthcoming—it is a bit out of the way)

Oh , i don't know what to start from . First of all Hotel customer experience . Starting top 2 down . Ceo/Owner Mauricio welcoming every member at the door when u arriving. Than Atmosphere is starts : small tour over the hotel facilities , detailed explanation of what and where and how to use . especially pointing a free services like 80% of mini bar , free water taxi or private shuttle (until late night ) to nearest cities , free cookies and soft drinks all over the territories . Restaurant dinner reservation its like a small documental movie with special small surprises for every guest who left any piece of information about reason of the traveling . Private beach with all u need as towel and umbrellas and again free cold water bottles updated every 30 minute. Before than arrival i have send them info about celebration of our 15 years anniversary and Mauricio did crazy move - he upgrade us to Junior suite with private terrace (strongly suggested if u can afford ) , so our stay turned into dream holiday . But Mauricio is not the one who creating this . Tana - manager of facility , Chef - unfortunately i forgot his name , Our waitress - Aylin (beautiful service , smile , jokes ). Franchesko - beach service , Enzo - Boat driver - in a 10 minute ride i knew about Amalfi cost more than if i hire a guide with me .

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The facilities, the management, the staff, the food, the scenery and decor everything was of the highest quality. The owner and management are always available and take time to greet and meet the guests on a daily basis. Attention to detail and quality was one of the best I have ever experienced.

A true five-star experience! The hotel itself is a work of art, the location incredible and the staff exceptional. From the owner Maurizio's personal touch, to the Manager Amato going out of his way to help, Marco at the Beach Club and Giuseppe & Francesco at Restaurant Alici, the service was outstanding. Such a special place, highly recommended.

This hotel is exceptional. We stayed for 6 nights and in our experience the level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and simply couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The decor is simply beautiful and the views are nothing short of amazing.

Breakfast was unequalled with the worlds most experienced, lovely and friendly staff. The location is incredible and you won’t find a more beautiful beach club with the sun all day long on the Amalfi coast. This is quite simply the most exceptional hotel. The architecture, design and attention to detail is quite astonishing. We will be back!
