location was less than 100m to beach. massimo (manager) was able to answer questions we had and was an excellent host at the hotel and the Cafe he owns below the hotel. there were bikes for use as well.

bikes need air pump to keep tire pressure up. parking was under a citrus tree, so after 2 days there was lots of orange and lemon juice on the car.

The welcome is nice. Massimo is very helpful. The position of hotel is very good. The value for money concerning room and breakfast is interesting.

The car park is a little expensive.

Location was perfect for getting around Levanto and to the train station. Massimo was extremely helpful and the rooms were great for what we paid! Breakfast was simple at the cafe next door but still good food!

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Levanto. Our booking included breakfast which was served at the cafe next door and consisted of cereal with yoghurt, a hot and cold drink, and a choice of a croissant or other pastry. Good communication with the host, and we were able to check in early.

The floor was very sandy and felt like it had not been cleaned. There were a large number of ants in our room on the bedside tables and doona cover despite keeping food and drinks in the fridge. Double bed was two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap between the two. Wifi connection was poor throughout the property.

A great hotel very close to the beach, at 10 minutes walk from the train station, and right in the middle of the town center. The owner was a friendly and social man, very helpful. Breakfast was served in an actual restaurant outside, that was a good start of the day. The room was fine.

All was well. The hotel is in the middle of the town center, so there is some street noise outside the windows. Some evenings there are concerts in the amfitheater next to the hotel, this can be noisy.

Massimo is a nice guy. Levanto is such a beautiful Village and the hotel is just right on the spot.

noise at night , street below is crowded and noisy - quite all night. but given location so central it is probably not avoidable. Somehow the price to pay for being so central

Historic bulding with a lot of space. well located and pretty. We took the appartment with a balcony and it was amazig. Recommend it.

The breakfast didn't have many options as other hotels. There were no elevators and we needed to come up the stairs with our luggage.

The entrance was a bit hard to find, they could use a bigger sign and the breakfast was could be bigger but the owner was super nice and even helped me get a parking spot since i forgot to reserve one. But the location is out of this world, simple the best ! The room got a bit chilli during the night, but luckly there are spare covers in the closet. The bathroom was good but the shower could use a space for shampo bottles. And the couples bed is made out of two single beds so there is a gap in between.

Perfect location. Simple rooms.

Breakfast is not perfect. They run out of food quite fast. Yet breakfast location is nice.
