The room was exceptionally clean, there was a huge choice of teas in the room, lovingly restored old building. The breakfast was lovely, only 2 minutes walk from the building in a nice, local bakery.

The sofa bed was a little hard for me, but not uncomfortable.

The hotel is well located, 5 minutes by car from Würzburg. The building and decoration are very nice. Possibility of free parking on site (note the limited number of places). Breakfast is taken in a bakery 5 minutes walk from the hotel: good breakfast but not exceptional (1 hot drink, 1 glass of orange juice, 2 small breads, butter, jam and accompaniment such as cheese or ham)

Hotel without reception. It was clear at the time of booking. But it works when everything is perfect, which was not our case. Reservation of a room for 3 people, but the sofa bed (for the 3rd person) was not ready (you have to call a special number to ask for support). No towels at all in the bathroom (they were missing too). Breakfast vouchers were not in the room as expected. In short, a lot of missing things, and no staff on site to help! As for the bedroom: a small living room on the ground floor (without tv) and the bedroom on the mezzanine. To access the mezzanine, modern but very steep staircase, not at all suitable for children. The bathroom / WC is on the ground floor, next to the small living room but very poorly insulated, almost no privacy when you are in the WC. The concept of the hotel without reception only works if everything is perfectly checked by the staff, which was not the case. Lot of things to improve. Very expensive for the poor level of service.

The room was fine, but the hotel exterior is in need of repair.

The phone number of the exterior sign would not work properly. The country code or something wasn't right, and we had trouble calling to get help. Turns out the 0 (zero) in front of the number is not needed for the phone number to work.

Beautiful location, exceptionally clean.

We didn’t receive the check in code and had to call late in the evening when we arrived.

Nice "atypical" comfortable room, downtown with a short walking distance to restaurants.

The hotel is near the train station. In the early morning hours, there was already a lot of train traffic which was quite noisy. Breakfast possibility outside the hotel.
