Peaceful setting, scenery

Too much meat at dinner, impossible not to waste food. Also I wish they made it more clear on the ads that “pets allowed” doesn’t include cats

The dome was beautifully furnished and very comfortable with fantastic view of Mount Fuji but honestly speaking not worth the price per night.

I had arranged for the complimentary pickup from Kawaguchiko Station in advance but on the check-in day, the driver was no where to be seen and I had trouble contacting the property and after several attempts and almost an hour later the car finally arrived. BBQ experience was nice but the food was mediocre. We were instructed not to bring outside food but there was nothing much to buy from the mini shop/reception. In retrospect we should have bought our own food to supplement the BBQ selection. Property was small and nothing much to do except take photos and enjoy the cool fresh air

The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed at Jupiter and the view was amazing. Mt. Fuji was really beautiful and you can see it from the room. The staff, Miyazaki-san was very friendly and very helpful. He’s always there to answer our questions and help us with our inquiries and requests. He made our stay even better! Even the other staffs were very kind to us and helpful but Miyazaki-san standout for us because his service was great! I will definitely will recommend this to all of my friends and family! Thank you so much! Especially to Miyazaki-san!

The experience, the kind staff, nature and the clean toilet and shower stall.

It's a cold evening and we were a bit unprepared to be cooking and eating outside in the cold. The shower area is very small and there's no hangers or hooks on the wall to hang towels and clothes

The dome was good , very clean

Need to pay extra for the air bath and sauna and that a little bit expensive.

This is the best glamping ever!!! The view of Fuji is unbelievable, the room is big and cosy!!! The BBQ is so much food and delicious!! The private bathing time is cool too!!! I didn’t expect to have such a big room to bath!!! we bought some firework for kids to play, and staff were nice and friendly!!!
