Poor breakfast badly served

Tidy and secure parking for our motorcycles. The staff were fantastic! Sourcing oat milk for me and unlocking the gate when they heard our bikes coming. Very friendly and helpful

The hotel was a traditional French house five minutes walk from town. We used on street parking, which was safe and plentiful in the area. The hotel owners were friendly and helpful, providing useful information on restaurants and attractions. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was newly fitted with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was buffet style and included jomd made yoghurt and cake. The coffee was very good.

The weather had turned cold that week and the hotel was a little cold.

Unfortunately the restaurant has permanently closed and there was no garage or store for our bikes . Fortunately the weather was dry so it didn’t matter they were outside over night.

Good location, walking distance to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly.

The room didn’t have shampoo, just a soap dispenser at the shower; the bed was really small for two people; the elevator sometimes didn’t work. we had to pay a late checkout fee because we checked out 20min after the time advised. Usually good hotels don’t charge guests if they are even 1 hour after the check out time.

The location and breakfast was good

Cancelled our twin room before arrival and wouldn't let us walk away, instead offered us a triple room at a higher cost.

booked a studio but moved to an apartment complex, dirty, noisy, cold, horrible experience, no way to contact reception

Breakfast was usual continental style, perfectly adequate. Very friendly owners who speak some English. Very handy location. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom was excellent.

Room was a little small as there was only room for one chair to put clothes on. I would have expected better quality towels.

We stayed overnight and it was a very welcoming hotel.

Good location close to a large carpark and near a lovely river walk to the castle.
