This property was super clean and very modern.

The coffee maker was good.

1 of the 2 TVs did not work. 1 of the 2 heaters did not work.

Ours was a suite with a kitchenette and we were satisfied with it. It was pretty well furnished and the bed was comfortable. There were no drinking glasses in the kitchen, but we were provided with them when we asked.

We thought the area around there was not at all set up for tourists. We drove all over looking for a restaurant and found nothing but fast-food type places. We did find a place to buy groceries a few miles up the road in Arizona.

the hotel was deceiving, we did not expect the room to be so nice. beautiful room and bathroom with a back door and terrace beds were very comfortable

the only thing was the end of the beds protruded and you can catch your leg on them when walking past but that maybe a bit of an old age thing ??

- staff was helpful and proactive about checkin and checkout - the room felt airbnb-like, very homey and nice when you're not in a typical hotel for once. lots of room for two with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and spacious bedroom with storage space for clothes. - kitchenette was filled with tea and coffee options. - it was really convenient for us to stay there and then drive to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would have loved to stay longer, but we headed to the Grand Canyon after a few nights. - probably the cheapest deal in the area. - there are supermarkets in close proximity.

- the heating system wasn't always responsive/ a little difficult to figure out at times - kitchen could be better equipped

The room size was ok.

The people staying in the hotel were too loud maybe it is a destination for labor workers who drink till late at night. I even sent a message to the property but I couldn't get a reply.

I have stayed in both the older rooms as well as the newer ones. I LOVE, Love, LOVE their beds. I have never slept on beds like that. I slept soundly and well. Best stay ever.

Only thing I’d mention is location. It was a drive to Zion park but honestly not too bad if you don’t mind that.

The property had every modern convenience. It was beautifully appointed. Large and spacious, comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator, large counters and storage. Lovely small patio. Brand new property.

BE AWARE if you are visiting Zion NP this property is not 13 miles from Springdale as advertised. It is 53 miles and almost a hour drive. This property is located in the middle of no where. Only 3 places to eat and one is a subway inside a gas station. The others all close at 8:00. one was not open on Sunday. No ice machine on property I was told to buy ice at the gas station down the street. We wanted ice for drinks There is no one at the property if you need help. Every interaction was done by text. No only cleanliness issue was a blood stain in one of the comforters. Ewe!!
