This hotel gave me an absolutely terrible experience - and I travel around the world and use Booking all the time. They simply disregarded the Booking price for which I was asked to pay, and unilaterally decided to overcharge me $30+ more than what was agreed. When I asked them to call and speak to to Booking, they simply said they didn’t care about Booking and threatened me that if I didn’t pay what they asked, the security guard would throw me out - at around midnight… This is completely unacceptable and I demand Booking to refund me the overcharged funds! Thanks!

Staff are very kind. Security helped me out with opening up a gate for me so I could go across the street to some restaurants. Otherwise, you'd have to walk through some shady areas or take a taxi.

The breakfast was nice but heavy on meat. Not much in the way of vegetarian options.

Even though i love this hotel and stay there when i go to go de Tegucigalpa, the place can make fast fixing to make it a 10 star ⭐.

The pillows are Hard!!!! Not comfortable at all. There is no irons in the rooms, if im traveling, you better believe it that will need one. You have to call the front desk for one. The main issue is not the location but the street as you exit... Holy cow, the holes on the pavement were awful 😞. The manager should pay a man to go fill it with dirt if he cant fix it. But st least make it comfortable for the guests staying. My car went in the hole.
