good location
the older staff member didn’t have a clue. they tried to charge me 500 rupees more for tax that was already included, amongst other things. rude and pretty useless. the young boy that worked there was good.
the bathroom tiles cracked under my feet. room was freezing and not very clean.

Location is ok , near to Vyas River . but hygene was not up to the mark.
Expansive compare to facilities they offered.

Excellent. Best hotel in Manali.Awesome location amazing views from the window and all around the hotel. Wonderful staff everyone was very professional and helpful.The rooms were very clean and the food was very tasty

Mountain view from Room No 103
The location is good, but the room and hotel service is pathetic. We booked 2rooms and from that 1 room was damp and water was dripping from the basin. The bathroom was flooded with water after taking shower. The water drainage is pathetic in the bathroom. I complained many times to the manager and staff about the matter. But they didn't bothered to correct it and also didn't changed the room. Even during electricity failure they didn't even gave a single candle. They behave as if they gave us the room at free of cost. My suggestion is to avoid this hotel during your visit.

I cancelled 2 days prior n had paid 2100 for booking for two nights,

It was worst experience. No AC, weak Wifi, no toiletries , no kettle .towel was also on demand, water bottle was extra chargable. Food was pathetic. Staff were dirty and unhygienic. No housekeeping in 2 days stays. Hot water was with limited access. Washroom has some some leakage. I have taken 2 rooms thatwhy i would have manage
Please dont prefer this hotel . This is genuine feedback. In same budget , you can get better hotel.

Location was nice. Good parking space. View was good.
Water for showering was luke warm on all days. It was not very hot. There was damping on the room walls.
