Very Spacious suite with small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Perfect for snacks and drinks! Breakfast was very good with many different choices. Friendly staff person checking us in!

Very clean and comfortable suites. Good size suite with a desk and a table. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. The check-in was quick, friendly and professional! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Very quiet, safe, accessible location.
The breakfast was a little lacking. The food selection was typical for a hot hotel breakfast. Nothing to complain about there. We arrived more than an hour before it ended and the food was running low, and appeared that it needed attention - i.e. cleaning, organizing, restocking. The coffee at the breakfast bar also did not seem fresh.

Wow let me say Everything was Great pool breakfast and staff are very respectful and helpful.This is our Go To Place when Traveling to Visit each Time. We Stayed here two times and it has always been a pleasure.

Location
Cleanliness was not up to standards. Housekeeping never came in to my room during 4 night stay. No information in the room. I actually saw a dead roach in the hallway.

The hotel was immaculately clean! It was in a great location, too.
I didn’t like the pillows….at all. I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when I got to the room it was a king. I did not want to sleep with someone that was with me, so I asked to change to what I reserved. I was then charged a $50 upgrade. I didn’t understand that!

I made a reservation 2 weeks prior to 7/14 for 2 nights. StayBridge confirmed my reservation by email. StayBridge said if I didn’t show up, I would owe them the first night’s cost. At 1 pm on 7/14, after I had already driven to Auburn for a 4 pm checkin, StayBridge said they knew I had a reservation but they would not honor my reservation because they just didn’t have any rooms available and that I needed to find a room somewhere else but not to worry because they were cancelling me for free.
See above. Also, I don’t like StayBridige because they do not honor reservations. They overbook and then cancel reservations without offering anything like a future free night or securing a room at another same brand hotel. They have the attitude that the customer whose reservations were not honored should be happy because they aren’t charging to cancel for a room they are not providing. Ridiculous attitude!

I thought the rooms could use more trash cans! There is only one very small one by the desk, and nothing in the bathroom. But otherwise everything was great!

I loved how clean our room was. The breakfast was great. The bartender Marcus Tyson was very nice and courteous and my drink was very good.
The night front desk worker was very rude when I complained about noise above us when trying to sleep. And when called to ask for things or just ask a question their customer service needs to be better in response. And not being rude for asking a question. I have worked at a hotel and the front desk customer service needs a lot of work of not being rude.

Mary was very friendly and helpful checking us in. Although we had to wait a bit while she checked in a small group that was ahead of us, Mary apologized to us several times.
The room was way more than we expected, it was very nice!
The breakfast was very good. Betty kept the area clean, stocked with food, and she was very friendly, too!
Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have a few more handicap parking spaces near the entrance.
