It was clean, modern with a good sized family area
The master bed is on the smaller side and our feet hung off the end! Other then that it was brilliant

The photo representation of the caravan was good but on arriving the caravan was underwhelming. Poor cleaning was very evident, we spent the first hour cleaning ourselves, finding broken glass amongst other things on the floor with no hoover we had to use a dustpan and brush to go over all floor surfaces. The cooker door was filthy and obviously hadn’t been touched, surfaces were full of marks and clearly hadn’t been cleaned well. The Kitchen table although dressed nicely was not clean with ring marks from cups and marks left from food not wiped up properly. The caravan was poorly decorated and very tired looking, the photos don’t show the true extent of this. For all the faults with the lack of cleaning everywhere the most outstanding thing for us was the photo doesn’t show that the caravan is sitting right beside 2 Electricity double poles with the low cables going directly over the caravan front and back, for me if I had seen this I would never have booked to stay there.

Accommodation was amazing along with loverly activities onsite, Tammy was amazing to deal with and has made it an absolute pleasure to stay I would definitely come back!

Excellent accommodation, very clean & tidy with all you need for a comfortable stay.
The only negative I had was there was no complimentary tea or coffee when I arrived. I'd had a six hour journey to get there & the shop on site was closed by the time I arrived.

The location was lovely and the property was very nice lovely facilities on the site for family & very dog friendly
Cutlery & crockery were not very clean we had to wash before use, but we did only book the same day as taking occupancy so owners had very short notice.

We thought the accommodation was very clean and well equipped, all we supplied was our own towels (which we were made aware of beforehand) Met the owner, Mick, he was very helpful and friendly. The location on site was nearby to facilities and shop. My 2 kids (15f 10m) and I had a great time. Would visit again

Lovely modern and clean caravan, close to the main building. The complex has an indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools that are heated. There is also no need to book swimming so you can go as many times a day as you like. The food was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything! Such a beautiful property and location, we were over joyed when we arrived, it was spotless and in the perfect spot, the facilities at the park were brilliant the children loved the pools and the park and they even had a soft play area, we will be returning here 100 percent, we were even lucky enough to meet the owner of the property who was really lovely, we highly recommend staying here such a magical place with beautiful wildlife and friendly faces 😀

Location was good for both New Forest and coast.
Site itself was good with facilities we didn't try as we rented a privately owned home and although we could have tried to contact the owner to submit a form seemed like too much hassle as we were only there for 3 nights.
Owner responded quickly when smoke alarm battery needed replacing but then stood on the coffee table in his socks to replace it
The home we rented was tired and dirty with glasses stuck to the cupboard shelves.
Came home one evening to find owner jet washing home which he continued to do, he also aimed the water through the bathroom vent and as a result bathroom was covered in dirt.
Blind was missing in bathroom.

Park facilities where excellent, the carvan was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The outside seating was perfect. We'd definitely stay again.
The single beds where very narrow and soft. There was cigarettes butts in the plant pots on decking.

We liked the area and the nice staff. We didn't use the pools as only stayed 1 night
Our static home didnt have any hot water.
It had been turned off and when finally I found how to put it on had to wait ages for it to heat up.. which was too late to wash our small child.

you need a £50 pass to go to the restaurant and bar! we just needed a take away coffee in the morning , the staff was nice so let me in then, but said I need the pass to get in .

The Area where the homes were located is a very friendly environment, had your own privacy too, and very clean. And parking right outside the house was very convenient indeed.

The location was beautiful and the rooms were clean in the caravan. We also had our car stuck in some wet mud, which a man from maintenance was very helpful and helped pull us out.
The hot water did not work and the pool wasn't very clean. Also, it was not garden view as stated in the listing and the picture of the caravan is a false image as it is not the view of the caravan. There was no view which was quiet awkward as it looks into another person's caravan.

Cleanliness and location was spot on. Manager called in when we couldn't connect the Wi-Fi but quickly sorted out.
The neighbours chalets can be noisy at times.

This is a whole two bedroomed mobile home on a holiday park. Everything you need is here. you can park for free literally outside and the facilities inside are fantastic. To have kitchen facilities was a real winner.
