It was clean, modern with a good sized family area

The master bed is on the smaller side and our feet hung off the end! Other then that it was brilliant

The photo representation of the caravan was good but on arriving the caravan was underwhelming. Poor cleaning was very evident, we spent the first hour cleaning ourselves, finding broken glass amongst other things on the floor with no hoover we had to use a dustpan and brush to go over all floor surfaces. The cooker door was filthy and obviously hadn’t been touched, surfaces were full of marks and clearly hadn’t been cleaned well. The Kitchen table although dressed nicely was not clean with ring marks from cups and marks left from food not wiped up properly. The caravan was poorly decorated and very tired looking, the photos don’t show the true extent of this. For all the faults with the lack of cleaning everywhere the most outstanding thing for us was the photo doesn’t show that the caravan is sitting right beside 2 Electricity double poles with the low cables going directly over the caravan front and back, for me if I had seen this I would never have booked to stay there.

No path to door of property, was difficult due to weather conditions to not bring mud into property

Accommodation was amazing along with loverly activities onsite, Tammy was amazing to deal with and has made it an absolute pleasure to stay I would definitely come back!

Excellent accommodation, very clean & tidy with all you need for a comfortable stay.

The only negative I had was there was no complimentary tea or coffee when I arrived. I'd had a six hour journey to get there & the shop on site was closed by the time I arrived.

The location was lovely and the property was very nice lovely facilities on the site for family & very dog friendly

Cutlery & crockery were not very clean we had to wash before use, but we did only book the same day as taking occupancy so owners had very short notice.
