Vacasa sends too many emails

The location was good but getting in touch with the company who managed the property was almost impossible.

When making this booking, at very short notice because of the closure of Yellowstone Park, I advised the agent that I would only be contactable via e-mail for a number of days and not at all via cellphone as I could not pick up a signal in USA on my UK phone. The conditions of the let indicated that whilst I was required to pay the full amount on booking. the door code would not be given until the morning of the booking and then via e-mail. I knew that at this point I would have neither cell phone nor internet access because of the isolated location I was staying in, but my messages where not answered. It was a very stressful situation and I did wonder if the booking was part of some elaborate scam. In the end I managed, with no help from the property agent, to obtain wifi access at Jackson Library, where the staff were particularly helpful.
