Pool was great, staff very friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Room was very crowded for 5 people (we had an apartment). Cleaners working hard every day but we weren't given any clean towels and had to ask for some after 5 days - and then given tea towel sized towels! Also ran out of toilet paper repeatedly as never replaced. Cleaners just folded dirty wet towels back up if they did clean the room. There was nowhere to hang wet towels which was very difficult as we had shower towels for 5 plus beach swimsuits and towels with nowhere to dry them. No facilities to do laundry either. We were very grateful to get home to have some clean dry towels and use the washing machine. We paid 300E per night for the room so was a bit disappointing.

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, very quiet, very clean.

The hotel was located far from restaurants, shops - we didn't have a car so it was not central enough. Reception closed between 12h and 15h which was inconvenient. Check out was far too early for the cost of the room (check in 16h and check out 10h30!). The swimming pool was clean and in a lovely setting but too cold to really enjoy. They should consider heating it more. Finally, the breakfast was bad value. For 12€ we expected more choice and better quality. Poor choice and poor value for money. (Even the coffee was poor).

Checking in was unbelievable complicated and time consuming. There was a guy in front of me who hasn't obviously not booked over booking. It took unbelievable long! Even for me, I booked over booking.com it took very long. I am traveling a lot but that was one of the slowest check in I ever experienced. Simply unacceptable. Rooms were partly pained in pink, not a huge fan...

Breakfast must be decided on the night before, rules in general not really flexible... A bit far from the center.. I would have loved milk (even powdered) in the room for my coffee

This was our third hotel stay on the island and by far the best. Very simple set up that runs successfully for all. The pool was immaculate and large enough to accommodate those staying. Very quiet, staff extremely helpful and plentiful breakfasts. We stayed in an apartment and the fridge and hot plate were useful. Bikes were great and the car park secure. Will definitely return again. Highly recommend. We felt very welcome and our business was appreciated.

Perhaps a second fan and a safe would be useful.

It would be even better if you could have more ventilation with leaving shutters open more securely at night. Not a problem - just a suggestion!

Great location, great staff, great facilities including a very nice pool and secure parking. Faultless and highly recommended. A 5 minute cycle ride from the town centre.
