The room was ready and had some atmosphere music on, it was a lovely way to arrive !

A lovely meet and greet by Shannon.
Room is immaculate, clean and no expense spared on the decor.
Bed is comfy and kitchen fully equipped. Not that you will need the kitchen.
Maldon high street is loaded with restaurants. We counted 4 Indians and 3 Chinese’s, not to mention the Italians, Turkish and other easy eating places.
There are also many pubs and bars.
First morning we had breakfast at the continental which is 2 floors below the room (you can’t hear or smell anything from the cafe).
But morning 2&3 we ate across the street at the Oakhouse, great breakfast.
We also started our evenings at the Oakhouse with a drink.
Please be aware, you will be staying on a buzzing high street, so on a Saturday night expect some noise
from the local bars. This didn’t bother us at all.
If you’re booking this fantastic suite, a good nights sleep isn’t your first priority.
All together a really nice stay and we will be back.
Only grumble would be there is no parking so unless you want to park a few roads away, it will cost you about a tenner a day but cheaper than parking in a city centre.

It was as good as it looks in the photos. Shannon was an excellent host and really looked after us. Location was excellent as well.

Absolutely beautiful room. The cleanliness, comfy bed, beautiful rolltop bath, and kitchen area with all amenities covered, even washing up liquid. The host was wonderful, we got stuck in lots of traffic on the journey in, and after emailing regarding this explaining we was running late, she left us a bottle of wine next to the bath which was a lovely gesture. The stay was just phenomenal.
Noise from the bar opposite the property was annoying, but the host apologised for this the following day after a discussion regarding this, and that it is something they have been looking to get rectified with the local council for some time.

A very beautiful and well equipped apartment.
Proximity to M&S food hall isn't always a good thing, especially when deliveries occur at 4:00am and the sound of trolleys being pushed backwards and forwards between loading bay and delivery truck is enough to wake all but the deepest sleepers. It stopped after about an hour then started up again a couple of hours later. This happened on both nights or my stay, so would not recommend Byrthnoth Suite unless you are deaf or a very heavy sleeper. Other suites may be better.

The apartment was very stylish and had plenty of room for two people and a child. The owner was lovely and was available to contact and had the sofa bed made up on arrival as requested. Good kitchen amenities.
Take some ear plugs with you if you are a light sleeper as it has a central high street location.

Lovely characterful, quirky apartment, tastefully decorated. Right in the centre of Maldon near cafes, bars and restaurants. Car parking close by. Just a shame we weren't staying longer to take advantage of the kitchen and dining room.

The location of the apartment is perfect, right on Maldon high street with lots of restaurants nearby. The decor of the apartment is beautiful and chic. The host was really welcoming and helpful over the phone. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
My only, very minor thing to comment on, the shower wasn’t amazing, but not terrible in the slightest.

The location was great for eating out - plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was cosy and characterful with everything we needed. The fridge stopped working but a new one was delivered the next day which was very impressive.
The shower room in the studio apartment is a bit on the small size but we managed!!
