Very clean, people very polite and receptive. Near to the mall, near to restaurants. Near to a street with several restaurants. 20 minutes walking to the "Los Dedos" 14km driving to the CasaPueblo.

Definitely not a place prepared to receive kids. The pool's usage is restricted for adults with only special hours for kids . The play room is not opened for everyone, only with reservations so one person blocked the entire room.

It is not family friendly. The pool's use is only available for kids from 10-2pm, the rest of the day only for adults. The playing room was not available because one person reserved the entire room for work. Kids are not allowed in the gym. Definitely not a place prepared to receive families.

The indoor pool was great (at the timeslot where kids were allowed, on limited hours). The view from the 18th floor was also nice. Good size apartment.

Kids are not allowed at the indoor pool after 2 pm; our check in was at 4 pm, which meant that we were not able to use the pool on the day we arrived (we were only staying for one night and mostly booked this apartment because the pool looked nice). This was not advertised anywhere on the site, otherwise we would have gone with another option. The host was kind enough to extend our check out for one hour so we could use it before we left and still have time to shower/get ready to check out. I don't know if this policy applies to the outdoor pool in the summer. The design is borderline creepy throughout the common spaces; dim lights, oversized elements, all the hallways draped in silver curtains. The ground floor is a maze when trying to reach the elevators, the front desk, etc. It's ok if you're a bachelor and want to pretend you're cool staying at a Philip Starck "inspired" building, I guess. Upon exiting the elevator on the 18th floor, the ceiling struck me as being too low in the elevator lobby on the way to the apartment. The kids' playroom had a musty odor. My 3-year-old did not want to stay there and play. The parking space was rather small and the car next to ours was not well parked. It took me quite a few moves to get it in. The parking guard saw everything through the cameras and kindly asked if I wanted a different space. I did not accept because the other available space was on the second ground floor and I would rather be on the same level as the exit (I was with my toddler and wanted the parking space to be as readily accessible as possible). The apartment itself was nice but needed maintenance. Saw red ants and a family of tiny spiders in the kitchen. The bathtub, while clean, had chipped enamel. When I opened the shower, the water pressure wasn't excellent and it looked like it hadn't been opened in a while, some black things came out of the lower faucet before the water actually came out clean.
