We're more than happy with a great flat, a brilliant location, and a nice view. We did enjoy the flat. Thank you so much.

First of all, I didn't get any instructions until I asked them explicitly. It's very strange! Also, there was a confusion with the address. One address is on Booking.com, another "direction link", and the third address is in the instructions. I asked what address was correct but didn't get a clear answer. Thanks for providing photos, it helped. One more thing: the instructions about the keypad are not obvious. Here is the quote: "...you will find the keypad where you shall put on the code to enter the apartment..." Where should I find it? On the wall? On the door? Eventually, we made it but it's not clear at all. We wasted our time instead of having clear instructions, something like that: "...you will find the keypad just on the door handle where you shall put on the code to enter the apartment..." And one more thing: a wrong wifi spot ("Dontconnect_emelet") was mentioned in the online instructions. It doesn't exist. Fortunately, the correct wifi was on the table in the flat

Very nice apartment in a new residential area by the Danube. Everything was clean and well maintained. Metro station and small shopping mall is 10 minutes walk from the flat and it takes you some 15-20 minutes on the metro to get to the city center. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

Specious apartment, modern, luxurious.

Very clean accommodation place. Plenty of space in the apartment. Beautiful courtyard and terrace. What I liked the most was that it was very quiet at night, which is quite rare in Budapest.

Exellent apartment, big enough for familly with 4 kids.

The place had everything you needed. There's a grocery store very close by as well. If travelling with family it's a very nice and comfortable place to be.

There is nothing to dislike. Maybe meeting the owner would have been nice. But it really would not have made any difference as everything was self-explanatory.

Everything was pitch-perfect but the most notables were: *Modern Interior/Furniture *Cleanliness *Availability of all kitchen items (toaster, stove, microwave, espresso, utensils etc) *Availability of entertainment (Netflix, playstation, poker, cards etc) *View (Amazing garden view from terrace) *Privacy (Quiet neighborhood)
