The way property deals with the reservations and they send an email so guests can complete the payment withing 2 hours of the email sent, as if everyone is just managing their mailboxes every one hour. And if the payment is not completed they send the guests to other no so popular properties which are far away from the main attractions.

The property is nice and is very well maintained and clean.

Finding the property using google maps is bit of an issue but manageable though.

The villa is very comfortable and the caretaker is very helpful.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Villa for anyone visiting Goa.

 They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to villa super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
