Small studio but it has everything what you need for skiing vacation including small but fully equipped kitchen.

Just that the Bathroom was cold - Could probably use a small heater or something.

Comfortable for all three (2x adults, 1x teenager). Location was great for us, short walk to the area of Keystone we used. Also, good food/drink options immediately adjacent to the property. Parking was also easy and good (garage).

The room was perfect. Everything we could have possibly needed was in the room. it was clean. Most importantly, our beds were very comfortable!
Our room faced the street, so it was pretty noisy starting around 700 am.

Close to both slopes so convenient.
The fact that they didn’t have anywhere to store luggage on the last day like most accomodations do. if you have a late shuffle your screwed.

The bedding and furniture was pretty perfect for 2 people but possibly not many more.
The ski locker was filled with dirt and a filthy jacket wrapped in a plastic bag so we had to store our skis in the car, totally not acceptable considering the amount of the cleaning fee.

We enjoyed 4 days/nights at Gateway Lodge. The lobby area is beautiful and comfortable. Room was spacious and kitchen well stocked. We needed a place to work on computers, so spent time in the lobby. Everything was clean, quiet, and underground parking was much appreciated.
Only request for next time might be a desk area; however, the lobby worked well. Dining options in the immediate area are limited, but we walked to Haywood Cafe twice and enjoyed that.

Initial room had fold out bed with doors on each side that caused me to have to get into bed from the foot of the bed. Looked nothing like online pictures. They moved me to a room next door that was better. Lodge is directly on highway and traffic noise is bad at times.

We had a great stay and truly enjoyed all amenities and location. The customer service at the Summit Cove Lodging was wonderful - from all communication prior our arrival, to check in process, to the staff's responsiveness to our requests while there. We had a great experience!
