I called in the morning at 9, 10, 11 to confirm my booking, finally at 11 someone answered and confirmed my booking. After reaching the hotel, I was not allowed to have my room and when I called the call centre for help, they said they will shift me to a new location, but then asked me to wait for 4-6 hrs to confirm. When I told them I am standing in middle of the road with my luggage on festival day, they were least bothered. Later they confirmed they can't help me.So disgusting service and I wish I could give any more negative feedback. I would not recommend booking.com or "Mohit Gokul Lodge New Room" to anyone.
I don't know how you guys can sleep, putting people in middle of the road on a holiday trip by just saying sorry, can't help you and you haven't paid anything.Just so disgusting.

Totally worsted me . After arriving the front office staff said no booking.com. I had to pay an extra 400 rs

They denied my online booking and asked me to pay 500 rupees extra. When I refused to pay they also refused to give me a room. There should be a clear contract between the company who is taking the bookings and hotels owners, where hotel owners can not denied or charges extra rupees after booking through online. Otherwise this will lead to harrasment for the customer. As I feel helpless after the manager denied, my advance payment is on hold for 7-14 days and after all this challenge I came on road with full of luggage hovering here and there with a hope of getting a room. Disgusting experience

They were not taking online booking. I paid higher rate in the property. Very poor service. If as a company u have failed to gain the trust of the property owner then don't do business. They were telling that you were not making sufficient amount the the owner. Kindly don't play with the customer.

They were very rude & unprofessional, asking more money than price show during booking and said if you will not give extra then we will not provide you room.
