Totally nothing!!!

WE HAVE BEEN DECEIVED!!!! We booked an apartment for 3 days, but on the spot we found out that the room was not ready. Despite the late hour at night, they told us to go to another facility in another part of the city and we were informed that we would have to move to the next place for the last night. The first apartment was dilapidated, holes in the couch, cupboards and walls ragged and dirty, the shower curtain stained with blood, and the shower tray cracked. What's worse, the apartment was EARNED!!! When we arrived, there was a dead cockroach next to the trash can, and it wasn't the only one we noticed in this apartment, and there were other bugs coming out of the toaster and kettle. After two nights we were transferred to the next property, but it was also not the one we booked. This apartment was also dilapidated and dirty. The tap in the kitchen was not screwed down, the paint was peeling from the ceiling, we found cooked herbs in the kettle (someone before us was making herbal tea in the kettle and no one even cleaned it), there was a huge fungus in the paddling pool, and the door to it did not close, so water was spilling on the bathroom floor. The situation with worms repeated itself. In both apartments the sofas were so dirty that we were afraid to sit on them. After showing the broken faucet and peeling paint from the ceiling to the manager, we only got a shrug in response. We also asked why we didn't get the apartment booked by us for any night, which was in a completely different standard than what we found. We found out that it is busy and in fact the standard in it is even worse than in the one we watched. Apart from the differences between the photos and the reality, which is disgusting, the apartment we had booked for those days was occupied by someone, even though the reservation was confirmed to us. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!! DIRT, BUGS, DAMAGE AND FRAUD!!!

• the flat was clean • super clean (new?) shower • great amount of toilet paper • a lot of different useful stuff (dishes, utensils, electronic appliances) • good service (outside of the flat)

The very first thing, that meets the guest is the smell: flat is full of cigarette smell everywhere. And its impossible to change it neither open window, nor diffuser or candle. The next thing is photos, they were made like 5 years ago and flat is absolutely in worse condition: • Linens are dirty. • Kitchen has burned spots. • The main hob doesn't work. • The furniture in the bathroom is swollen and have black spots (burned?). • Toilet brush was broken (so i needed to buy the new one). • Towels are grey and have cigarette smell as well. • The toilet is dirty too (maybe because there is no normal brush?) • The furniture at the balcony is totally destroyed. The balcony ceiling is swollen. • And there is mold inside. That is accuse breath allergy. The amount of issues here made me feel dirty al the time I was in. So in combination with perfect photos and huge disappointment being in it feels like i was scammed (as I got not what I payed for) 😕

Really good communication with the owners and caretaker and easy to contact and quick response time

good location with a supermarket next door and the beach is also very close. the apartment is clean and perfect for couples or small families. We highly recommend this place!

We've run out of water on the 4th day which wasn't host's fault. However, securing equipment supporting water heating and supply is something to work on

Self check-in using a key in a safe box. Very clean inside and fully equipped. Close to the sea, the airport and a beautiful dry salt lake

The apartment is located in a regular building in so-called Turkish district, the entry was not so clean and there was no light on stairs. Not so good for late arrival. There were issues with electricity related to hot water boiler, but hosts did their best to help us.
