the staff were most unhelpful keeping us waiting late at night when checking in for over two hours then giving the wrong room and charging double the price! elevator was promised as friend disabled and had great difficulties claiming stone stairs! their attitude was one of rudeness and no care or support given n during our one night - wouldn’t have stayed one night if it hadn’t been that it was midnight by the time they gave us the key.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The decor is lovely.

A lot of the advertised amenities were not there. No robes, no real shuttle service, fireplace could not be kept on because of gas,and the room was rather rundown with a lot broken.

Wonderful facilites and excellent space in rooms. Restaurant staff are very helpful and have great service attitude. Food menu and beverages are excellent prices.

Front desk staff do not have what is required in orden of customer service for what the hotel stands for. Parking lot and spaces are lousy.
