The room was simple and fine. There was kitchen facilities with fridge, micro, even a gas range which was very convenient for breakfast and snacks.

It was somewhat distant (4 - 6 blocks) from the beach. There was no formal reception and the “owner” was not regularly available. So, if you needed something, like toilet paper, soap, etc., you had to go out to shop for it. No daily room cleaning, so by the 4th day, it was looking somewhat “ratty.”. I travelled for 2 weeks in Mexico, and in other locations, for the same price, I had a nicer set-up.

pool, secure, but easy access, private room was large and had everything we needed. No road noise at all. Also a pretty manageable walk to cuestacomti. Juan is extremely helpful and just a generally nice person. I saw him go above and beyond to help at least two other independent guests.

it's slightly far from town but this was probably the quietest place we have stayed in Mexico.

Brand new hotel. Room and pool were excellent.he

No secure parking, although the website stated that there was, which was important for my motorcycle. When I inquired, the host pointed at the security cameras (lol). He did offer that I could park the bike inside. I got a ground floor room, and parked my bike right outside the window, which was sufficient.

This place has everything you need. The owner is super nice and friendly and will do anything for you. This is a great place to work and the wifi was good for the most part. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Melaque area.

Not much

People screaming, noisy, smelled like garbage and old smoke. Bugs in bed. Needed to wash dishes before using.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was open irregular hours not open for breakfast. The house keeping staff was very amiable providing coffee pot when requested. The location was right central downtown. The hotel palapa had the best view on the beach for sunrise &sunset. I really enjoyed the pool, my own kitchen and patio area.

The wooden shutters on windows let in a lot of noise. Directly under my bedroom windows the ladders and bicycles were stored. The workman removing and replacing ladders were very noisy during siesta time. No glass on the windows allowed a lot of street noise and other guests noises into bungalow. The guests were asked to do their own dishes which is fine, but there was no dish soap, nor cloths, nor tea towels. If these were provided instead of the guest having to go buy them the dishes would have been cleaner. I left dishes cleaner than when I arrived. I also had to wipe a very strong fish smell out the fridge, but had to wait a few days until I went out and bought dish soap . Similar properties are less expensive. I had hoped a monthly rate would be less than accrued daily rate.

The price is great for the hotel. Don't be put off by the gravel road

Roomy, clean , hot water, nice bathroom , nice location from beach , quiet at night !

Dish soap, dish rags , glasses , firestarter for stove , fridge is crazy loud but works good !
