I booked a family suite room last night, As described by the hotel, room was different and facility was bed, after 15 minuet wait room light came. crockery was to dirty, old and creaked. Room bell was broke. we are suggest that change my room but hotel staff not ready for that. Last night my family have bed experience that property. rate was to high and amenity was less. we are wonder that such a low quality hotel we pay 8000 Rs.

Mosquitoes in the room and hallway, impolite housekeeping staff , non functioning lights , unclean bathroom , uncleared plates of food in the hallways which increases the dirty smell, definitely not worth the money they charge

I paid more than 6000 rs for big room and it was very small as compared to other hotels of comparable charges. Room looks like ordinary hotel room

Hotel is left alone.. No one is there take care of it.
It was like khandahar. Bathrooms spouts and cp fitting were the funniest thing happened to me. Really not worth it. Looked like they built the hotel nice but didn't take care of the maintenance and replacement of damaged products.

We selected this only bcoz all other hotels were a bit pricy and far from our work meeting location.
There is no network ( Vodafone, Airtel) also Jio network is a bit sloppy, hotel Wifi is a big dis-appointment.
Breakfast palette is minimum, with Poha on all day and additional puri or paratha the other days. Even for dinner the minimum wait time is 30-35 min and food also is not worth the wait. The staff at the restaurant are leat bothered about the guest and many times r busy in their own chores.

Breakfast was normal but not conveersent with price.
No seprate cubicle for bath in bathroom. It is just near to door.

Bed was comfortable and room size was good.
No parking assist, no one knew where car needs to be parked, had to wait for 5-10 min for the staff to reach to open gates, the receptionist post midnight was drunk and did not assist in answering or solving the issue of thermostat. AC was not working and no one knew how to fix the issue after being informed no one came to assist. No room service post midnight. The website said the room had mini fridge and bathtub but it did not have any.
