We traveled with our family and rented 3 of these fabulous apartments. They had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We walked to the city center and took the tram to the beach. We will stay here again.

We liked everything! The location, the beautiful decor, that it had all We needed, and how comfy and spacious it was. All round amazing.

The apartment is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Situated in a super nice neighborhood and an elegant building, pretty close to museums and within walking distance from city center, but far from the noise.
There is a spacious and cozy living area, with an open kitchen and all the necessary utensils and kitchenware, and an amazing view from all the rooms.
The beds are large and very comfortable and this particular apartment is very quiet, so we had the best sleep.
There are also a washing machine and a dryer, iron and board, pretty much everything you could need.
Check in was easy and smooth, they provide you with instructions and are very responsive and helpful (both on email and phone).
A few tips: they provide only the minimum amount of toiletries (for 4 persons we had a single very small soap and shower gel even though the apartment has 2 bathrooms and a toilet room), so make sure you bring your own.
There is also a welcome package with some coffee tabs (one per person), tea and sugar, dishwasher tabs, kitchen cloths and toilet paper.
Everything else you will need to bring/buy. The closest Albert Heijn is approx 15 minutes walking time.
The toilet room had clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival, although the rest of the apartment was spotless. Most likely just a mishap.
One of the bedrooms has a dressing room with a lot of hanging space, but only 6 hangers.
Also, there is a single toilet in a 2 bedroom apartment, but 2 shower rooms, we found this odd.

This property was amazing. So clean and well stocked. They supplied welcome bag with water and supplies. The location was perfect and the agent who let us in to our room was very helpful.
It was a little warm at times with no air conditioning but the ceiling fans and windows helped keep the temperature comfortable.

The location
We were greatly dissapointed that tbere was NOTHING in the kitchen; we had to buy all minor things like salt, oil, vinegar. Your rule that nothing can be left is ridiculous. We have travelled for 3 months through Europe and never encountered this silly situation. We will NOT recommend Biz Stay to any of our travelling friends!

Beautiful and very convenient place to stay, close to the city centre of The Hague as well as public transport inside and outside of the city. The welcome was personal and warm, and the team responded very flexibly to our earlier arrival. Made our day!
Entry by means of a pass or a virtual key provided by the venue team. All worked like a breeze! The apartment was very clean and everything was in order. Perfect in terms of amenities and facilities too! Would definitely stay here again and can very much recommend.
Thank you again, Team of BizStay Mauritz, for a wonderful stay and for all of your support. It was great to stay with you and the apartment was like a home away from home for us for a few days. :-)
There wasn't anything we didn't like. And even while it was hot outside, the apartment stayed quite cool and aired.

I couldn't find a way to turn on bathroom towel rail and so the mirrors were always steamed up.
I was expecting a city and river view. Only a river view and only from the upstairs.
Was not able to open the blinds in tve bedroom without people on the street looking in.
Too dark for me personally, even when all the lights were on. And so it was ambient. But i would not consider it as a work space.

The apartment is exceptional, very comfortable, very well equipped, with details very well thought out for the comfort and stay of those who rent this accommodation. The staff is very attentive and available to deal with any matter. Located relatively close to the center of The Hague, it is definitely an experience to be repeated.

Very good experience end to end, starting from the gentleman who welcomed us at the time of check-in he was very friendly and provided us with all the required information. The location is excellent few minutes away from the centre and the neighbourhood is beautiful. The apartment is fully equipped with all what we needed during our stay, the three bedroom apartment comes with three showers and 2 separate toilets which is very convenient and there were 4 closets with plenty of clothes hungers which is something we usually dont find in the other accommodations. Brand new and modern furniture, we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

We rented two bedrooms an while there are two showers with no toilet, one for each room. It is odd that there’s only one separate toilet (water closet) for all the occupants
we found out that no toiletries provided just one roll of toilet paper for the duration of our 5 night stay

only one toilet for 4 people. more info could have been given on recycling…eg where to put glass. also a few more bin bags and dishwasher tablets would have been good.
