Great location with a dedicated parking spot. Good kitchen, lovely relaxing area upstairs. Close to local attractions.

The bins hadn’t been emptied from the last occupant. We had to go and buy dishcloths and detergent so we could clean up after cooking. The place could have benefited from a thorough clean.

Five minutes walk from centre of town so no parking problems

The Aussie in-laws stayed here while exploring North Wales. They liked this spot to explore the area. They said the rooms was nice and the location was good. The lounge and kitchen area was good too. Had a great information booklet which was helpful.

The heating not accessible as guest and we had to message the host to turn it up.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Es kann vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Den Schlüssel liegt in einem Safe der an der Garage angebracht ist. Die Küche ist im Erdgeschoss und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Badezimmer ist modern, hat eine große Dusche und sogar eine Waschmaschine. In der oberen Etage hat man eine schöne Aussicht und da befindet sich das gemütliche Wohnzimmer und das kleine Schlafzimmer. Für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um im Snowdonia Nationalpark zu wandern.

Wer an der Wand im Bett liegt muss, wenn er nachts aufstehen möchte, leider über den Partner drüber klettern. Was wir nicht ideal fanden, war die Tatsache, dass die Heizung zentral vom Vermieter gesteuert wird und man die Temperatur nicht selber einstellen soll. Wenn es zu kalt ist, muss eine Nachricht mit der Bitte um eine höhere Temperatur an den Vermieter geschickt werden. Das funktionierte bei uns einwandfrei, war uns aber doch unangenehm jemanden damit abends zu behelligen.

The location was perfect for exploring the area and places we wanted to visit. All the facilities we needed were provided at the property and it was clean and comfortable.

Out only reservation which would prevent us returning at this time of year is the heating. The heating is controlled digitally and we had no control over the heating. Despite the boiler coming on at times and the radiator in the utility room being warm all the other radiators only got luke warm or remained cold. We on some occasions found we needed to wear a jumper or fleece in the evening.

The location was perfect for onward travel to locations we wanted to visit.

As I struggle with my disability I would of preferred the bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom.

Lovely view of boats over the estuary with plenty of wildlife to observe. A real home from home with everything you need in a self catering accommodation.
