The caravan was lovely and so spacious, I was impressed of how clean it was and really gave a homely feel to the place. The owner is quick to respond to any queries, and was on hand to give all information. My daughter loved the themes in both single rooms, and didn't want to come home! It's quite a far distance from everything but I imagine in the Summer it's a lovely walk.

good location to get to golf course, area is super safe, we enjoy that a lot .. there are three bedrooms was enough space for everyone. an outdoor space was great , you could have your coffee , breakfast there and we could grill something in the evening have a barbecue because it's also possible . really lovely place some beautiful touches in the house it's not very modern but cosy

Consider maybe change some beds in single rooms, or mattresses but it's for small children would be fine absolutely my kids are older wasn't as comfortable, double bedroom and bed mattress was very good

Amazing caravan. Really homely with lovely touches. Very clean and tidy. Lots of addional extras . Dvds , games, hoover, fans etc. Communication from the host Jemma was fantastic. She replied to all my questions quickly and was so helpful when I rang here. We absolutely loved it here and would definitely book again. A great find.

We really loved the caravan we booked. The owners were very responsive with messages and helpful with everything we needed to know. I would definitely book again. I also loved how dog friendly the whole site was. Always a worry taking pets with you but I loved that she got to come with us to so much of it.

I feel the actual facilities like the swimming pool etc could have been a bit bigger for the amount of caravans on site.

Lovely caravan, clean and modern. Ideal for families with games supplied and a secure decking area.

Not within the owners control but lots of adjacent caravans have hot tubs and it was noisy until quite late at night/early morning with people partying and being in their hot tubs, so our kids couldn't sleep.

The caravan was fantastic, so clean and welcoming. Everything we needed was supplied including bed linen. The owners were extremely approachable and helpful. Cannot recommend this caravan enough.

The owner responded really quickly to my messages. They gave us the option to check in 3 hours earlier than we were meant to be. It was really spacious and big. It had a bbq and garden furniture. It had games and dvd’s etc. It had all the kitchen stuff we needed. It was such a good price.

Could of done with more toilet roll - but nothing we didn’t like, we would love to stay here again.

it was very clean and well equipped

it was sited next to a property that was let to a family who made extremely loud noise, playing football at nearly 10pm, screaming and yelling in the hot tub at all hours and playing really loud base music. it was impossible to sleep and so we decided to leave at 10.30pm Saturday.

Nothing everything was perfect

The caravan was spotless, everything worked as it should, we cooked, had all the necessary utensils we needed. The shower is awesome! It was better than my power shower at home!!! Will 100% recommend! Communication from the owner has been amazing! Location of the caravan is perfect if like us you are interested in the RAF Typhoons flying in and out of Coningsby! They go right over the top of the caravan, amazing!

Only 2 things to be aware of at this place but they don't distract from the amazing stay we had ... the cooker, the dials are missing so had to guess the temp but we worked around it no bother and no scissors, again we worked around it so not major things of course but good to be aware of.
