Kommunikation sehr freundlich. Neubau. Großzügig geschnitten, hell. Sehr leise (Zimmer "nach hinten raus").

Ein Schild fehlt am Gebäude, daher fährt bzw. läuft man erstmal dran vorbei. Wünschenswert wären vorab bessere Informationen über das Check-in-Prozedere gewesen.... und eine Fußmatte :-)

Die Lüftungseinheitdes Bades scheint nicht ausreichend dimensioniert zu sein. Im Bad hat es sehr modrig gerochen. Zudem ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig.

The bathtub and the television are amazing

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nicely renovated to a modern bathroom.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive any information before we got to the accommodation which lead to some complications. We couldn’t get into the room so we had to wait outside for some time.

Nice appartment with a small kitchen, comfortabele beds and shower, friendly owners.

In the description it says 'private parking' which is not the case. You have to park in the street which was not very easy in our case. We actually booked this appartment for the private parking as we were travelling to the Czech Republic with a car full camping stuff. Finding out there was no private parking was therefore a big dissappointment. Kitchen could be more comfortable when adding a cutting board an cutting knife.

The "getting keys" process. You have to find the right number (there are 2 or 3 buildings with the same address). However, I might just have missed the subletters. Then when you get there, you need to call them and wait on a passcode via SMS to get your key from the one building. Then go to another building where your actual room is. Not a pain, but not ideal either. And maybe I missed it in the email, but I don't remember anything about them informing us to call when we get there.
