The breakfast buffet was nice and offered lots of choices.

The rooms were small, facilities were dated, very limited parking

The hotel is really charming has a great pool and a fabulous BBQ dinner buffet! Rooms are modern and have balconies. Beds were very comfortable. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely return!

Good breakfast, lovely outdoor cafe bar area by the pool was very useful. View from room was good, although would not describe as sea view (tiny slice).

Food at the cafe was good for our 8 year old, but not great for adults. The room was very hot as it was on side of the hotel with sun....and aircon struggled. However there was a heatwave when we visited. Main issue (not fault of hotel) was that the area is full of tourist shops, we had hoped for something more Greek.

it was modern, spacious, amazing pool, quiet, staff were so friendly and kind and helped us with anything we needed. location was great for argassi and laganas and zante town only 10 minute taxi ride away!

nothing. although if you’re a young group looking for a party holiday, maybe stay in laganas and not argassi but this isn’t fault of the hotels!

Nice bathroom, good air conditioning

The staff. I needed to call the reception for a blanket instead of just a sheet to sleep under, removal of old towels without providing new. Asked staff where we could get poststamps but got bad answer.

Shower holder was broken and for me personally washing the hair was a kind of challenge :)

- Breakfast was tasty, however, the variety is not wide. Almost the same every day. - Location doesn't contain a beach at all, you need to take a car or taxi to reach the normal beach - Pillow was not really comfortable, but the bed is ok - Not all personal understand English, sometimes you need to use a translator on phone to explain what you need (on reception there was no problem)

The hotel is situated just off the main road through Argassi in a quiet area. The pool is amazing as is the pool bar/cafe, with plenty to choose from food-wise. Breakfast was very good with plenty of buffet-style choices and it was never too crowded. Although we chose to eat out each night the evening meal looked well attended.

We stayed during the Medicane which hit Zante and therefore spent 24 hours in our room, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. Within a few hours the cleanup operation was completed and you would never have known that the place had been battered by 100mph winds.

Lovely hotel and our room in the main block had a wonderful view over the sea. Comfy bed, nice shower room and very clean. The staff were all very helpful. We enjoyed our stay ... thank you!

As there is very little beach front in Argassi, we would have liked to have sat by the pool on at least one day. There were very limited sunbeds, as relatively little room and half of them were in the shade. We also felt they were very crowded with the current Covid situation so found ourselves down in the quieter beach bars instead.

Excellent choice of breakfast, location good, loved the pool and snacks/drinks by pool bar good price

Only improvement would be free cushions for sun beds
