It was very close to where i needed to be. Room was spacious and had everything I need. The towels and bathrobes were tattered but I didn’t mind.

The food wasnt great. I stayed for 10 days and the breakfast was the same everyday. I also had half board which I didnt avail for majority of my stay because the food choices were very limited and didnt taste good. One afternoon, I had wilted ceasar salad; one evening, I chose carbonara. They used turkey bacon they have in the morning breakfast buffet as ingredient for the carbonara. I cannot fault the room but the food was 2 out of 5. If you’re staying for 10 days, food choices are very important.

I like the front desk staff.the lady smiles all the time responding professionally to every inquiry the room was very clean and the location of the hotel is magnificent

Only i like to have a small window fir ventilation and changing the air in the rooms , may be it is for protection of children , but it is healthier to have ventilation in each room (closed duct system of the AC is not enough ) especially if you have guest people who are in need of oxygen !!

Our stay was a beautiful experience! The front desk were very helpful in answering my queries, the waterfront view was the best! The breakfast from Majdolin Restaurant was delicious and fulfilling. Marissa, our host, from food and beverages was amazing and took extra care to make sure we had the best eating experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

المشكلة اللي حصلت بالغلط حجزنا 6غرف وانا احتاج فقط 3غرف ونخصم المبلغ من حسابي في البوكنج وبرغم أنا اتكلم مع الموظفه لا اجيد التحدث باللغه الانجليزيه إذا ممكن احتاج شخص عربي اتكلم معه عشان يفهم المشكلة قبل لا يصير شيك ان بس للأسف ما في اي تجاوب وكلمت مره ومرتين وثلاث البوكنج وفي نفس اليوم والوقت بس للأسف ما في تجاوب من الفندق بحجة انها صارت شيك إن 3غرف مانزلت فيها ولا استخدمتها كيف للفندق الحق في خصم المبلغ وكل الموضوع في يد ادارة البوكنج ارجو النظر في شكاوي

كل ماتحتاج ان تراه في مخيلتك من موظفين مبتسمين ونظافة غرف وخدمة دون اي تاخير و إطلالة اكثر من رائعة و الهدوء وكذالك السعر المناسب.

لا يعتبر ازعاج ولاكن أتمنى ان ازور الفندق في المره المقبلة ويكون لوبي والاستقبال قد انتهت أعمال الصيانة بعد هطول الأمطار الغزيرة .

The property has a relaxing waterfront view and during night time kids enjoyed the opposite park where they played different activities. seimming pool is excellent since it is indoor perfect for kids since it is covered and water is warm. Staff are kind and helpful and provided our request with a cake for our anniversary.

Going back to the Hotel by walk since we need to like hike to reach the mezzanine, breakfast is fantastic but not much for kids favor, no jacuzzi and SPA.

The hotel enjoys a very good location overlooking the Al Majaz waterfront and neighboring several good restaurants and malls. The 5-level car park facility is properly manned around the hour making life easier for the hotel guests. The reception staff, room service and car park attendants are all professional and cooperative.

Location and sea view. Free valet parking. Nice concierge staff. Close to grocery stores for your essential needs. Nearby corniche.

Housekeeping. Response to customer needs. Not respecting privacy by insisting on doing cleaning regardless of your preference. Main entrance of the hotel is blocked so we had to use the car parking gate which is not safe especially for families with children.

بسبب الامطار على الشارقه تعطلت مصاعد الفندق لمدة ثلاثة ايام واغلقت الشوارع المحيطه بالفندق واحتجزنا بالفندق ثلاثة ايام وللاسف رفض الفندق تقديم اي طلبات للغرف ويجب على النزيل ان ينزل ويصعد 15 دور الى مطعم الفندق لياكل اويشرب و لم يعجبني طريقة تعامل الموظفين والموظفات وتاخرهم في تسجيل الدخول والخروج وعدم الرد على طلبات الغرف اضافه الى تعطل كرت دخول الغرفه في كل يوم مرتين ويجب ان تزل للاستقبال وتوقيع على اوراق في كل مره
