Quarto amplo. Itens como cafe, cafeteira, microondas, frigobar itens de higiene. Ótimo cafe da manhã. Ao lado do MOVER( gratuito) e da estação de trem.

Chuveiro a conta gotas. Limpeza mais ou menos. Cofre NAO funcionou (veio funcionário tentar consertar mas NAO conseguiu).

Located close to the cruise port, great views of the ocean from our balcony. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, restaurant and top floor bar were a great place to unwind.

El lugar es limpio, amplio y cómodo. El personal de “front desk” es amable. El servicio de valet parking diario $35pd es excelente. Nos gustó la oferta de desayuno, es algo pequeña la variedad pero aún así excelente! El restaurante Mosaico es divino my su chef encantador excelente el servicio y la comida !!!! Celebramos nuestro aniversario y fue divino ordenamos churrasco y mignon exquisito!!! En overall; Me quedaría sin duda otra vez! Ps; disculpen las fotos no son las mejores. Todo es mejor de lo que se puede apreciar!! Les puse foto del exterior del rest.😊

El área de la piscina no nos brindó confianza. Se veía algo descuidada en comparación con el resto del hotel. Quizás fue solo el día que la visitamos.

My room wasn't ready for over an hour, and I arrived well after check-in. The TV in the room was broken, making it hard to lay and relax. The toilet was broken, and they didn't come fix it until the next day and told us to go from our floor to the first to use it. Also the room that they gave me was smaller because a friend and I booked the same room and hers was much larger with two bathrooms the staff was supposed to switch me and never did also how does a hotel run out of toilet paper? Also, for it to be a non-smoking hotel, when we got in the pool, there were cigarettes, all in the bottom of the pool.

I booked this hotel off booking.com, as I do every time I choose to say somewhere. The first red flag. On the website it says, “ A damage deposit of 100 USD will be collected on arrival”. Which is fine, every hotel has a security deposit. I get to the hotel. They are asking for $300. So $100 a night. I showed them on the website where it says $100 on arrival and they 100% discarded what I said and showed them and just basically said, are you going to pay the $300 or not. Then also, on the website, for the type of room I booked, we were suppose to get, $50 half board per person in the room (dinner), each night during my stay. I brung that up, the person checking me, claims he didn’t know that was on the website, he took a picture of it on the website, went in the back to “show a manager” and then came back out and said we have to wait for the “chef” to get here to confirm. It’s safe to say, I didn’t get dinner, or $50, each night. The property was nice but everything else did it for me. I do not think I would say here again because they can’t even grant things their websites states.

Perfect location for shopping and getting around by public transport or walking to the shopping centre. Pool and gym nice and well maintained.

Spent a lot of time trying to get some crucial pieces of furniture - unable to sit on (lovely) balcony and relax as no chairs - only one stool at the breakfast bar which is unusual for a suite sleeping 4 and television in lounge didn’t work. No one came to fix and no balcony chairs arrived when requested!

Well decorated, modern, comfortable, good size of the room (apartment) for traveling with child.

Missing glasses, forks, nifes and plates in the apartment for convenience. Although there is a small microwave and good freeze.

Great location, very nice suites!! Really clean. Worth the money.

Boring compared to other hotels

We stayed here both the night before our cruise and the night afterwards. Everything was easy to get to, whether our Terminal to the east or Little Havana to the west. I thought it was great how they had zero problem tagging our luggage, as we arrived before our room was ready both times. I've never stayed in a hotel room that has two bathrooms either. Side note, there's a pizza place called "Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza" within walking distance that truly lived up to the name! Also, the mall within walking distance had some good eats.

They could have had some kitchenware in the kitchenette. Imagine our surprise to find zero in the cupboards.

I liked the full staff(everyone was super kind), the location , the building . On July 2022 I stayed at Indigo Hotel ... 23 days and this year the valet parking staff still remembered me .

Despite having a kitchen zone it hadn´t a single utensil. Not a dish or a mug or even basic cutlery-

Everything looked as pictured. I also love the space in the room, it was perfect.

The room was perfect! Very spacious, lots of room, separate lounge to the main bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Clean and tidy, lovely staff.

If I am being really picky… the pool area had no real atmosphere. Could do with a pool bar/music… Other than that the place was excellent.
