Petit problème de vaisselle insuffisante au départ ( 1 seul verre, 1 unique mug) mais après signalement, livraison à domicile le lendemain.

The accommodation was as photographed on the website listing, which was a good start. When we arrived, gaining access was easy to do as the codes for doors and key safe had been provided. The accommodation was clean and tidy, as well as being well presented. It was great for what we needed whilst on holiday; a base to sleep, eat and rest in.

Didn't like the fact that we couldn't check into the accommodation until 5pm; we arrived in the morning after an overnight ferry crossing and then had to kill time by finding things to do; which was difficult with it being a Sunday! Sadly only one mug was available in the kitchen cupboards, so myself and my partner had to take it in turns for having a hot drink. Not a massive issue as we only had a couple of days booked, but would have been a bigger issue if we had have been staying longer.

Beautiful room with Leonardo Da Vinci theme. Close to the center by walking distance and 5 mins away from the big supermarket. Free Parking in front of the hotel was always available. Comfy bed and it was really clean! Also really modern and tablet controlled heating and all info in French.

There were some things missing. We stayed for 3 nights and did some cooking, but some things like choping board was missing. We cut food on the plate. Some cloth to wipe the table, some cleaning products was missing too and we only had one mug for coffee for me and my partner. Didn't wanet to disturb anyone with such problems, but management should check and arrange those studio/apartment better. Also communication was not posible almost. My network didn't work for some reason with belgium aboniment card so I couldn't reach anyone on WhatsApp as they said it was posible. It normally comes for me on top of my bill, but even to send a normal message was not posible to the number they provide. Not replying to the email and on booking.com app only info messages copy/paste style. I felt like "robot" is sending me. Plus they only giving info after 5 pm so if you arrive arround that time you might be waiting at the door to get your code. Information on tablet could be also available in other languages. At least english. But despite this, we were really happy with our stay! It's just small things whitch keeps away this place from getting best review from us.

The apartment is close to the train station (8-10min walk). There is a supermarket close by. The place was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

There was no handwash/soap in the bathroom.

A very nice, modern studio in a good location between the station and the city.

A few small issues mainly ironed out. Would be lovely to meet the owner. Note that the property is not serviced during your stay.
