near train station - airport shuttle

shower not well insulated the water goes on the floor and that’s annoying. to have hot water you have to open all the sinks and wait 10 minutes. not environment friendly at all. poor quality of breakfast. first day was ok, then quality went down and down. i asked for the last day to have a breakfast to take away (our flight was at 3 am) and nobody took care of that. they prepared breakfast as usual, this is not professional at all.

Rude and unwelcoming staff. Rooms are noisy and beds are old / hard. Not recommended.

All the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I could check out later without extra charge, what it very nice. They also organized shuttle for the airport.

I missed many thinks in my room, no toilet brush, had to ask for towels, toilet paper, soap, actually normal thinks a hotel offer without asking. The dining room for breakfast ist dark and the tables are dirty. It’s not expensive to clean the table once a day, but they didn’t the whole week I stayed (so it looks like). The isolation of the windows is awful, actually no difference between open and closed. The environment outside is a little to noise if you are sensitive.

Convenient. Offered a private driver service from the airport which was super convenient! We had breakfast included that was filling and nutritious. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped us with setting up a morrocan SIM card and happily gave us advice and suggestions. The interior was stunningly beautiful giving the authentic feel of a riad with the privacy of a hotel. Private bathroom with a good powerful shower. Air conditioned and comfortable room!
