The location was perfect , 2 minute walk from beach and Blue port , right on the main shopping strip .

There a week the room was not cleaned, bedding not changed , bins not emptied , rubbish and glasses left in outside rooms , pool water was dirty , the breakfast was jams and lumps of cheese .

Die Betttücher waren mit Flecken! Im Zimmer konnten wir unsere Badezimmer Tür nicht abschließen, ich habe es Bescheid gegeben, unsere Badezimmer Tür wurde abmontiert und wir hatten zwei Tage lang keine Tür im Bad! Badezimmer ohne Tür!!!!!! Sauberkeit 0, unser Mülleimer wurde in den 3 Tagen garnicht geleert! Unser Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht!! Uns wurde nach zwei Tagen ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, dort funktionierte die Klima Anlage nicht! Wir sind vier Tage vorher abgereist, trotz Buchung! Bis heute warten wir auf unsere Rückerstattung!!!

Nothing it was absolute appalling, the room was a riot , yellow walls , the electricity cuts out constantly and the elevator is a death trap

Everything it was so unclean , and bugs everywhere , they are not helpful and took 4 hours to come up for our aircon

1.Great location, close to the sea 2. Breakfast was good. It's a very old hotel,and the staff do try hard. But it needs a little bit more attention. .

1. The key card slot does not work properly 2. The door to the balcony struggled to open 3. The fridge did not make anything cold. 4. Water dripping from the bathroom ceiling 5. The shower head fell off 6. Nearly impossible to change between the feet shower and the overhead shower, pin is rusty and stiff. 7. The breakfast tables were dirty 8.There were a cocroach under our table 9. No tea and coffee facilities in the room

They don't clean rooms everything is dirty and they love money. I had the hardest time in this hotel as did the friends who were with me.

The staff were friendly and helpful, had good conversations and laughs. The air con is very good so the rooms are cool. I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is perfect and close distance to absolutely everything. Cold water is always available in the lobby.

There is a lack of facilities such as no iron board in rooms, kettle, TV with only one kids channel, no toothbrush or shampoo. Simple things that really improve someones visit.

The location was okay

Wifi weak and not working most of the time. There's a restaurant/bar downstairs so music was loud well into the night. Room was hot because couldn't find the remote for the AC.

A comfortable palace and reasonable price,
