By far the most amazing hotel we have stayed at all around. Beautiful rooms. Amazing service and facilities. Loved the water tap in the room and all the attempts to prevent waste + saving the earth. Location is a perfect walk to all the parts of Nashville you’ll want to walk to, but far enough way from broadway where it is actually quiet! Totally recommend staying here.

The look is cool, however all their eco chic is mostly plastic.

No pool! Limited hours at rooftop. It didn’t open until 2:00 pm. WAY over priced considering their lack of any availability to enjoy the hotel.

Everything was quite amazing. The staff, the cafe and restaurants all exceeded expectations. The room was beautiful. LOVED the water filter feature and pleasantly surprised by the “leave 1 thing”.

Spa was closed and I wasn’t informed until I went there to try to book something. Missed having a pool. no tub in my room. That’s it.

Beautiful atmosphere. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

Truly loved everything from the lobby bar, courtesy car, and room decor (except the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the glass walls in our hotel room).

unfortunately, you could hear a pin drop in the room above us. The food at 1 Kitchen bar was not very good. 60+ for overnight valet.

Location. Beds were really really comfortable.

Some of the staff weren’t that knowledgeable. On our first night there was a fire alarm with loud announcements in our room about 3am and we got dressed and evacuated our room climbed 4 flights of stairs and exited the hotel into the rain and freezing night air. When we walked into the lobby to see what was going on the night staff on duty had no information on what was going on and didn’t really say anything to us. I understand it’s a stressful situation but the guy on the front desk said nothing despite us coming in from the rain by exiting through the fire escape. Another example was I had a package delivered and asked someone on the front desk and she had no idea where it would be or anything. I asked for ab update call to my room and never received one. Although other members of the front desk were really good and attentive. I guess it just depends.
