Very helpful staff (owner himself). Didn't find any difficulty at all.

The only thing to suggest is to improve the visibility of the property and the entrance.

Pros 1. Very neat and comfortable. 2. Wifi with reasonable speed. 3. Bathroom fittings top notch for a budget hotel. 4. The host Vivek really was very efficient and cordial. He waited for us as we had late check in and came to the front road to show us the location. 5. Very close to Medical College Kottayam where we had to visit. 6. Calm environment with minimal interference and even payment qr code in room to pay while checkout. So need not go to front desk. 7. All instructions to follow are send on WhatsApp 8. Even though AC rooms were filled up he gave us the key of an AC room to use as they had an early checkout. 9. Hassle free check in and check out.

Cons 1. Non smoking rooms. But can smoke in corridors.( I am not a smoker - so no problem) 2. Non AC rooms - we had to keep windows open so late night had a little trouble with mosquitoes. 3. Parking space inside the complex was only just adequate. ( But well managed) 4. Food options inside hotel less.( But we had breakfast from Ashoka hotel - a small thattukada hotel nearby with excellent Kerala breakfast options) 5. Geyser Heating option for water and tea and kettle facility for early morning tea or coffee not available. ( Didn't ask for it either as we went out to Ashoka hotel which served excellent tea)
