Everything was new and clean, very quiet, perfect location close to the city center, 5 minutes walk to the railway station.

The location was excellent and the 2 bathrooms worked well for us.

Broken bar stool and the featured back yard needs TLC.Only one wine glass and it was dirty and cracked. Cigarette butts in many places in the back yard. There was also a dangerous gap in the planking and drink bottles had not been cleared. The yard looked nothing like it does in the pics. Also, prior to our trip the email and phone contact numbers were unobtainable. Eventually I got a response to my query about on street car parking. Lastly, although we sent ETA info as requested. No-one met us. we got a late message telling us the key was under the mat.

The parking was a slight irritation if you were lucky there were spaces further down the street if not there was plenty of parking around the area but with a 2 hour limit from 8am till 6pm so you could park from 4pm till 10am without being booked
