Spacious apartment with separate terraces and bathrooms. Located close to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

Was not cleaned properly on arrival way below par, dirty toilet and shower room, which I had to clean myself. A dirty ashtray was left on the table to greet us. No sunset view from our apartment just lots and lots of building works and scaffolding, builders starting work at 6.30am. Felt like we were in the middle of a building site. This should have been mentioned on booking. Outdoor furniture all shoved together on the terrace. Not nicely presented at all. Lots of little touches not taken care of. Some tourist info could also be left for guests arriving to look through.

The building and apartment are very good, it was clean and very good structure. The three toilets were super nice.

My son didn’t know how to run hit water. It would be nice to put drinking water at least as welcome until the guest figures out how to buy stuff in Larnaca , especially for those who arrive very late. One of the bed covers was a bit old, I couldn’t know if it is clean or not and it was open with no buttons to close it.

Wir waren sehr gut betreut während des Aufenthalts! Es folgte immer eine rasant schnelle Rückmeldung auf jede Anfrage. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut durchdacht, z.B. die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel ( ist man raus ist auch die Klima aus); oder wenn man Schlüssel in der Wohnung vergisst, gibt es Ersatzschlüssel im Gebäude. Es gibt einen Aufzug und eigenen Parkplatz; eine große Mülltone befindet sich unten, sodass man jederzeit den Müll wegbringen kann (war in unserem Haus, das wir vorher gebucht haben nicht so). Spülmaschinentabletten, eine Waschkapsel, Spülmittel, Staubsauger, Wischmop, Wäschetrockner, Haartrockner, das Geschirr und Kochzubehör waren da. Was den Preis angeht, ist er etwas angehoben ( für ein tolles Haus, 250m Wohnfläche direkt am Meer, mit Pool haben wir 30€ pro Nacht weniger bezahlt). Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen! :)

Very nice modern apartment. Good location.

- Friendly & helpful host. We had a few extra requests which were handled promptly. - Apt. equipped with all necessities, including cot, high-chair, toys, blender, etc. - 5 min walk from MacKenzie Beach - Spacious balcony, with swing & nice view to the lake. - TV with all major apps & decent WiFi

- Needs a bit of refurbishing when it comes to furniture & carpentry: the doors are very noisy to open & close & they don't really isolate sound; would have been useful to have a coat hanger and shoe closet at the entry; on one side of the bed there wasn't any furniture to leave a phone, glasses etc on it. - Can get noisy as the huge windows are not sound proof at all & the airport & B4 road are close by. At night there are motorbike races or something like that, the noise they produce is crazy. - There's a lot of construction work being done around the area so there is a bit of dust and extra noise during the day. Should be over in 6 - 12 months.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location, just a few minutes walk from Mackenzie Beach was convenient. To reach the main part of Larnaca a car would be necessary for some as it took a good 35 minutes to walk.

There were two major building constructions right outside the apartment. Fortunately this did not affect us at the weekend when they did not work. However from the Monday until we left whenever sitting on the balcony we were faced with this sight, noise, vehicles coming and going and workmen banging away. This did not encourage us to make the most of the apartment and we went out for the majority of the day. When completed it is likely to spoil the view as it is directly opposite one side of the apartment. The balcony was also at times like a wind tunnel, and almost blew the clothes over it! It would have been helpful to know about the works before we made the booking.
