They don't clean apartments

The views were spectacular, the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out were quick and easy, The room was warm, and I appreciated the availability of the electric appliances

Please include a breakfast option

Comfort OK; uninterrupted and sound connection to internet; effective power back-up during load-shedding; convenient location; good parking facilities, cleanliness.

Threatened with eviction whilst NOT in contravention of smoking rules; inconsistent application of these rules in that many residents were actually smoking; failure by building manager / Propr to attend to my representation - they were invited to come over and check the situation for themselves, but I never saw anybody. The misplaced allegation and failure to professionally ascertain the facts has left a bit of a bad taste.

Location and accessibility The accommodation also had backup power at all times

We stayed for 4 days and we were not provided with fresh towels even on request. The last time I stayed at the accommodation I booked a superior apartment and there was daily cleaning, I am not sure what changed.
