The service was great! The hosts were friendly and welcoming!
The breakfast was good, however, the food is on second floor, and if your dining table on 1st floor (there is only one table for each floor), you need to always ask the person to bring you the food.
The room was stylish and looked as in pictures.
Orange juice was fantastic!
I did not understand at the time of the booking that this is not the hotel that takes up the building, there are some flats that spread out in the city. So the reception is in one building and the rooms are in different buildings as well.
Our room was pretty cold, there was an air conditioner, but it was quite loud.
I am not sure what was about the beds, but my family did not sleep well, our back hurt in the morning, I think the mattress was too soft for us.
Also, bathroom has quite unusual strange shower options, besides the normal once, it has some water streams from the wall, so when I tried to arrange for the normal shower, I got wet....it was very annoying...
Then I tried to blow dry my hair....and it took forever...I think this is the slowest hair dryer that I have seen in the hotel; it is not possible to dry the long hair (unless you have a couple of hours). I would really recommend to update the hair dryer.

Wow! What a marvellous place! Super attentive and polite staff, amazing location at the entrance to Ibla, wonderful breakfast choice of local specialities and our split level room was fabulous... attention to every detail, design furniture and parquet and stone floors, a delightful place!

Only complaint is that parking is quite a distance from the hotel on a one way street going the wrong way. That meant that in the rain we had to wheel our luggage for more than 5 minutes to our car.

great location in Ragusa Ibla and right near the stairs to Ragusa Superiore. The staff were amazing and provided lots of tips about what to see and do. The private terrace/garden is incredible and so peaceful

Great location and modern property. Excellent breakfast made to order and friendly informative staff. Clear directions of where to park were provided too. Lovely Ortigia shower products.

This is really good hotel which obviously is about getting people back into historical locations. I commend the owner. What a great experience of the true Sicily and baroque architecture

Stunningly renovated building with all modern conveniences of a top hotel in an historic hilltop town. Great location and beautiful setting overlooking countryside and old town from our balcony. Excellent breakfast room and rooftop terrace for evening drinks!

We were in the main building (with reception desk). The location was great. Very close to the stairs up to Superiore, where you can see the town beautifully lit up by the sun as it sets. Also easy to tour Ragusa Ibla by foot. The best of both worlds! Rooms were spacious and clean with a nice hot shower. The beds were also very comfortable. most welcoming staff, especially the owner who gave us thorough directions on how to get around. You can drop your bags, and a free parking lot is a short 2 minute walk away.

Perfect location, 30 metres from bus stop to station and 15 minute walk to cathedral and main square. Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a balcony and view.
Entrance difficult to find and narrow staircase to accommodation.

Excellent location, quiet room overlooking the valley. Staff very helpful and friendly and gave excellent recommendations for dinner.
We thought the hotel garden terrace was on the property but it wasn’t, and was only opened at certain times in the day. We didn’t visit it in the end, but that really didn’t spoil our stay.

Room was well located with a balcony overlooking a prominent main square across from an historic church. Restaurants were close by. We had windows/french doors on two sides of the room.
The set up of the room was a bit strange in some ways. As soon as you enter the room you almost walk into the bathroom. The bathroom had very little shelving for a traveler's stuff. Breakfast was just a little better than a continental one but was billed by the hotel, at check in, as a buffet. In fact this hotel oversells all of hits amenities. It's really just a glorified bed and breakfast but it bills itself as a resort and spa.

wonderful location centrally located between fabulous lower old town and the upper newer part. Really helpful and friendly staff. Great eating recommendations and very helpful with ordering taxis and organising buses and train.

The hotel staff were super nice to us at all times. They arranged a taxi for us, and made sure to turn on the heat before we arrived in our room, which was very nice of them. Great breakfast and room.
