Estremamente pulita e di recente costruzione. Letto comodissimo . Doccia grande e aria condizionata perfetta.Dovevo starci 4 giorni poi ho deciso di prolungare la permanenza di altri 7 giorni.Posizione strategica sia per visitare il sud che il nord dell'isola.un auto per spostarsi è indispensabile ma le strade sono buone e il traffico è quasi inesistente.

pas de petit déjeuner inclus et comme nius avions studio nous sommes un dejeuner dans la chambre avec un suoerbe vue sur la mer.

Le restaurant n'était pas ouvert soir en semaine et il aurais du y avoir plus de papier de toilette, essuis-tout ainsi que serviette supplémentaire dans la chambre. Pour le reste nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, le personnel très courtois, sauf 1 personne qui n'avait pas le sourire facile.

Thé Staff is welcoming, the location is great to access the city centre.

The restaurant is very expensive although the food is great with quality product. The quality of the furniture in the appartement could be better.

It was my birthday and they prepared a nice decoration in our room as well as a gift.

The room was good size, and the bed was comfortable. Big balcony overlooking the harbor. Some good restaurants and a grocery store within walkable distances. Staff were excellent and friendly.

We loved the balcony with the beautiful view and the property came with a lovely pool. The room was clean and the property was well maintained. What we were most impressed with was the staff. They went beyond their requirement as we didn’t speak French. So helpful and they made our vacation easier to navigate.

They do not serve dinner in the dining room, only breakfast and lunch.

The Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Always ready with a smile and suggestions or just chit chat. I cannot praise them enough! And I happened to arrive on my birthday and they helped make it special. The location was very convenient to all highways and conveniences. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean.

The location was not scenic as it was next to the commercial port to the right but you had lovely views straight ahead of Trois Ilets and to the left which made up for it. It would have also been nice if the restaurant were open for dinner.

Was far from the city and any stores

The lovely bright, modern well equipped apartment, had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The views were amazing out to sea and the marina. The reception girls were all welcoming friendly and very helpful. Valentino the manager was exceptional in helping solve a few minor issues. The lunch served in the restaurant was tasty and top quality.

Nothing Just a recommendation on our part. The restaurant and bar is only open for breakfast and lunch. It would have been perfect if it remained open for the evening.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice room and balcony.

The rooms aren't soundproof at all, yoi can hear neighbours walking and talking. The rooftop of the hotel isn't open for customers but can be rented for private parties. These parties can be very loud, expect noise until 23 30. Since the rooms aren't soundproof the noise in the room is highly disturbing. The Hotel Poseidon staff told me that it is normal as it is a "Residence Hôtelière" and I should expect noise. This Hotel is really good but it lacks of basic confort for customers such as quietness and the disturbance comes from the hotel itself...

Breakfast n/a. Location excellent for us, with a rented car and no kids. Easy access to all major destination. Perfect view. Modern, brand new. Very well equipped, friendly and helpful young staff-we recommend.

Towels bad smells: need a good wash/detergent/dryer . Pool too noisy during night-it might be turned off at night, also saving some energy.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the area has shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Because of carnival everywhere was closed. Not the hotels fault, but even the hotel spa was closed. A heads up somewhere would be good

The apartment complex is located at the marina so its a bit away from all the riff raff of the city - but a few restaurants, bars and even a carrefour express are walking distance. The staff was super helpful with everything and the complex looks brand new. Would definitely recommend!
