Can honestly say it was probably one of the best places we have stayed so relaxed and comfortable - a real credit to you guys
Only thing I can complain about is that we only stayed 3 nights wish we could of stayed longer

Location was wonderful, very quiet and cosy.
When we arrived the hot water and heating was not working, we were told to leave it for an hour. We went out for dinner to kill time however when we arrived back this still did not work. We then had to wait on a maintenance guy to come, this took approx 30 minutes. We had planned to go beach swimming during the day but were unable to due to having no shower / hot water and heating until later in the evening. As an apology we were told we can use the VIP area which we thought was very kind - this included the hot tub. Myself and my partner went to open the hot tub and this smelt absolutely putrid, had short hair floating in it and had lots of orange and brown grit stuck to the edges. It was very clear that the hot tub hadn’t been cleaned and we weren't able to even sit in the VIP area due to the smell of the hot tub (smelt like vomit). Again we contacted Justin who offered us a full refund or another nights stay. We opted for a full refund. Disappointed to say that months later we still haven’t received the full refund. We did receive a deposit refund but were told we would have a full refund.

It would have been better for communication to have been more condensed, into one email . Was just a lot of emails for a one night stay. The additional information regarding deposit , booking of exclusive area , lock box info ….. I felt the additional charge for the hot tub wasn’t clear enough on the initial advertisement also.

Location was great. We were within travelling distance of local attractions.
Cottage was very modern and spotless. The hot tub was fantastic too. 😊
Parking not great. Cottage right on the roadside there was no parking.

Spotlessly clean with everything you need for the stay. conveniently located to explore Donegal and the North Coast. communication with the host was easy and quick. I left AirPods and they were posted home to me(thanks again).
food in nearby hotel was really good and the locals were all really helpful and welcoming

Lovely modern cottage with everything you could need, clean and very cosy. Owners were really helpful if we needed anything and it was very good value for money. The hot tub and VIP area were a highlight with lots of little touches and details which made our girls trip feel special. Could not recommend enough!!!

We loved everything about this beautiful little cottage. Only downside was we only booked for one night. I definitely will be back for a longer stay.

Location is absolutely amazing! Although it's on a road it was so quiet and peaceful. Well secured and a closed in back garden. The whole cottage was immaculate and decorated to a very high standard. 5 minute drive from Buncrana Town centre and 15 mins away from Dunree Fort (well worth going to explore it! Museum was amazing and beautiful walks throughout)
Justin as a host was exceptional aswell. Good communication!
Highly reccomend the hot tub in the exclusive area. So relaxing and so well set up! Bottle of prosecco is an added bonus! So impressed and just what we needed to recharge the batteries! We will be returning !
